Ella
turns to Soul Reaver, a small smile on her face.
I've never taken this mission any other way than
serious, sir, she glances at the box. But, you don't
think that one of these will have any effect on the armor of
the Thousand Sons? I wasn't planning on taking any of them
with me when I go into the temple, I have others plans for
anyone who happens to come along while I am trying to disable
their shields.
She carefully slides the metal box from the table and stows
it away in the pack at her feet once more.

Soul
Reaver gives a thin smile back to Ella.
"Of course. Forgive me.
As for the Thousand Sons marines... you will have to ask
Clutchfiend. He knows more about them than I."
Soul Reaver rises from the table.
"Clutchfiend, if you have any quarters for us, I would like
to retire for the rest of the evening. I would like to gather
my strength for the mission ahead."
He looks at his deeply gashed armour. It is still in a
sorry state since the encounter with the Shades, Soul Reaver's
magic not having had time to fully restore it.
"And it would seem I should take some time to repair my
armour, also."

((ooc: alot happened since the last time I posted. Time
to catch up))
*Sabre Soldier finds several pieces of paper scattered
across the street where he walks. He closes his eyes thinking
of the men that he had just killed. Afterwards, he bites the
tip of his finger and rights a letter to the families of the
police in his blood. Afterwards, he runs to each of their
houses, where he places the letter in their door where they
will see the greivingly bad news. As soon as he's done,
Tamrissa contacts him and relays him the message.*
Dragon: Heh, way to go Fei. You're a true hero. Well
slave, get the woman some clothes. What the hell do you think
you are..A warrior?
Fei: You know what? You're really beginning to bug me.
Oh well. I guess I'll have to make due with you strapped to
me. Now shut your face...I have to go get the woman some
clothes.
*Sabre Soldier throws his overcoat back on, and walks down
the street with his hands in his pocket. He comes across a
clothing shop on the other side of town. He walks in to see a
dispay of some very dark clothing. Gothic Punk looking in
style. The clerk has a mohawk and piercings all over his body.
Sabre Soldier looks at the man, and smiles slightly.
dragon:My home away from home Fei. This place is great.
Maybe we can get some new attire as well. You look like a bum
with all those bullet holes through you.
Fei:Hm...I forgot. Maybe, this guy doesn't look to
motivated about his job. An easy dominate. Now hush..I need to
know what she's looking for.**Mindspeaks to Tamrissa**
Okay, I found an outlet on the west side of the city. What are
you looking for exactly? They have alot of stuff here. I need
something new also, these bullet holes won't work.
*Sabre Soldier proceeds to look around the shop, tampering
with the different items.*

Tamrissa pushes her plate away and stands, watching
Thisahon walk out. She mumbles something underneath her breath
and slowly sits back down. When Ella begins talking, she sighs
and leans back in her chair, clasping her hands across her
stomach.
“I’m going to go find Sabre,” she speaks quietly after Soul
announces his retirement for the night. “He’s been gone too
long and, frankly, the air in here is much too sour.”
She pushes back her chair and stands, making her way out
the door.
I’m looking for something that I can move quickly in.
None of that heavy armor or loose-fitting type of thing,
she strides down the hallway leading to the main entrance.
And I’m coming to find you. There isn’t much else I can
contribute to the plans for the attack.
The guards at the large doors watch her as she comes
closer, but allow her to pass, quickly closing the doors
behind her. Night hovers over the city, making the sounds of
the continuous battle even more loud and frightening. Only one
of the planet’s three moons is giving illuminating blue-white
light, the others are strange dark colors of red and purple.
Clouds of smoke rise into the air from fires on the outskirts
of the city, making the light even more faded over the
rooftops as the wispy tendrils drift over them.
You must have had some very rude company for them to put
holes in your shirt, she hurries down the steps, nodding
faintly to a few of the citizens who still gather near the
building. Or maybe you were a rude host?
She passes by a few of the broken buildings, noticing that
quite a few faces are peering out of the windows and quite a
few flashlights are pointed at her as she passes. Finally, she
ducks into an alley, running her hand along the wall on one
side of the trash-filled narrow street.
I’ll make your job a lot easier, not to mention save you
from the embarrassment of bringing something back that is too
small or too skimpy, I’ll pick out something for myself…the
only problem is that even though I can sense your general
direction, I cannot pin point your exact location, she
slips into the shadows of an overhanging roof at the end of
the alley, watching a troop of some sort of military coming
down the road. Clutchfiend and his troops are guarding this
city well…where were you to have run into any of the Chaos
Lords’ lackeys?
Cautiously, she moves on after the troop passes. She stays
close to the buildings, hiding in the shadows.

*Sabre Soldier walks outside of the Outlet to wait for
Tamrissa's arrival.*
Well, madaam. I guess that would make things a little
easier on me. Thank you. On another subject, I guess I was
just being rude myself, when I went to go feed. I ran into a
couple of gang members around a teenage girl. I made quick
work of a couple of them, just to give the others a good
scare. As for the female, I fed off of her, but let her live.
Afterwards a couple of.....well madaam, gettting
warmer.
*Sabre Soldier looks to his right to see Tamrissa rounding
a turn. She notices him quite easily, due to the numerous
bullet holes in his outfit, making red bloodmarks where he was
hit. He waves her over, and escorts her into the small outlet.
He looks up over his shoulder to see the light blue moon, and
then walks in; nodding to the punk-clerk as he walks
past.*
I guess that we don't need to talk telepathically now.
As I was saying. Afterwards, I ran into a couple of police
men. A shame I couldn't let any of them live. I couldn't let
them get back to their commanding officer. As well, I had to
break the greavingly bad news to their families. I wrote
letters to them, telling them the bad news. That's all I could
think of. As for a new outfit. I don't understand why
everytime I get something, it's ruined within minutes. Oh
well, this outfit wasn't too appealing to me anyways. I need
something that allows me to show my nature.
*Sabre Soldier walks to a section of the outlet, where he
finds several chokers. After looking into a mirror to see his
faded, pale reflection, he decides on a black leather choker.
As well, he finds a deep black sleeveless shirt; baggy, black,
silk pants. He then grabs several belts of different sizes, a
black pair of knee-high boots. After selecting these items, he
heads into the dressing room.*((ooc: My character will now
look like the one in the pic that I drew of him, on the art
request thread.))
Dragon: Heh heh heh, Fei. So, what's the business with
her??? Come on, you can tell me.
Fei: There is nothing going on between Tamrissa and I.
We are merely allies. An ally that I am bonded to. Once, long
ago I fell for her. But never again...Not with someone like
you tagging around me at least. Actually, I can feel no
effection for anyone. It's a punishment for becoming a risen
vampire. Now, be quiet. I'm trying to change.

cLuTcHFieND listens to Ellan and Soul Reaver.
"Ella, the wasps will definitely help out. They may not be
enough to deatroy a suit of the Thousand Son's armour, but it
will make a pretty big weak spot for you concentrate on."
cLuTcHFieND looks around at the remaning warriors,
thinking.
Something's wrong with Jihon. He wouldn't just snap and
walk out like that. Asaki may want to watch herself. Maybe the
influence of that idiot mindfreak is getting to
him.....
cLuTcHFieND's train of thought is interuppted by Soul's
request for lodgings.
"Yes, that is a good idea. I think I'll turn in too. We
have a lot to do tomorrow. Talk to the guards outside, and
tell them I sent you, they'll find rooms for all of you. Sleep
well."
cLuTcHFieND walks out of the room. Kalana bows toward the
group and follows.

"Very well, we will attack tomorrow night. I don't
think we have time to waste."
Soul Reaver is shown to his quarters by one of the
Servitors. He thanks the Servitor and then closes his
door.
The room is well-furnished, especially for one in a time of
war. Soul Reaver ignores the large bed and couch, however.
Soul Reaver takes off his Black Steel armour, unfastening
the hard buckles that hold it together. It crashes to the
floor loudly, and Soul Reaver stretches, glad to be rid of its
weight for a while.
He then sits down in front of the armour, his well-muscled
torso bare. Several scars criss-cross his body... they will
fade in time as his body regenerates.
He places his hands over the armour and concentrates. A red
glow suffuses the steel. The gashes and dents begin to repair
themselves, a quiet sizzling the only herald to the process.
Eventually he opens his eyes again. His armour has been
restored, and looks as if it is new.
Smiling, he puts the armour aside and makes himself
comfortable. He drifts off into an intense meditative state as
he focuses his consciousness inwards...

*Sabre Soldier leaves the dressing room and looks into
the mirror. He approves of his style and makes a faint smirk
looking at himself. He wears a choker, and 3 belts on his new
look. One small belt around his neck. Another standard belt
around the middle of chest, and one around his waist. The
dragon crawls out from under the side of his cut-off
sleeveless shirt, around his arm to take a look. Afterwards he
laughs faintly at Sabre Soldier's new attire. Sabre Soldier
looks down at the dragon with disapproval and rubs his tongue
over his cainine fangs. He looks over at the clerk then, to
notice that he isn't paying any attention at all. Not even to
what's going on around him. He's off in some kind of daze.
Sabre Soldier smirks evily at the man, laughs slightly, then
Turns to Tamrissa.*
Fei: Have you found anything you like?
Dragon: Yeah, maybe something in lace! Ha ha ha
*Sabre Soldier sinks his nails into his arm were the dragon
is, in an attempt to shut him up, but with no prevail. Only
blood trickles down, and the dragon seems to absorb it back
into his skin.*
Fei: Dammit, I'm very sorry madaam, he has a mind of his
own.
Dragon: Yeah, and I know how to use it. I put my mind to
a good cause. Ha ha ha ha ha.
*Fei is noticably angry.*
Fei: My apologies madaam... Well, please take your time.
The night is still young, and I am in no hurry for the day to
come. I'm in the mood to go out on the town anyways. It's
these kind of nights that really...well..I don't know. But
It's a beautiful night, and I do not intend to waste such a
blessing from above. You may join me if you wish. If not, I
will escort you back to your quarters, and go see what's going
on around the city. Just as I did with the Chaos. They're
everywhere. Scattered throughout the city. I counted most of
them out, and made an estimate off of it. I guess I forgot to
tell you.
*Sabre Soldier clentches his fist looking at it. Several
strands of black lighting channel through his arm into his
fist and disipates. He grins slightly amusing himself with the
power he has harnesed 3 fold by coming back. He looks back on
how powerful he was back then, before he was destroyed, then
wonders how evolved they've become. His grin soon ends as he
thinks of the penalties that he has paid for coming back, and
wonders if he has made a right choice in joining the others
once again. He thinks over how many people he's hurt in the
process. Tamrissa, looking around, can still feel to a degree
what he's going through, and even knows what's going through
his head at some points, painting her a decent picture of
what's going on inside of him. The dragon and him whisper back
and forth to each other about the subject, while Tamrissa
continues to look around.*
Dragon: Um...Fei. You do realize that she can read your
mind right?
Fei: Thank you. You think that I don't realize that
now?...By the way, when could you read my mind?
Dragon: I could from the beginning. I just never told
you. I wanted to know what was running through that mind of
yours.

"Thanxs for the room. But , I would rather stay at a
local hotel. Call me when we start the mission."
Dom waves to the group and ask the nearest guard where the
closest hotel is. After being given the info Dom is on his
way.
He walks the deserted and chaotic streets to find the hotel
the guard had pointed him to. It is a small hotel with two
stories, and an unusual look. He shurgs and walks in. He is
greeted by a smug looking man with a cigar in his mouth. Dom
approaches with a smile
"Hi, how much is a room a night?" (ooc:don't know the
money here so, I'll use Trigun money. k.) "It is $$200 a
night." the man replies. "All, I have are these. Will they
do?" Dom reaches in his trench coat and pulls out various gems
and jewels he has collected through his
journey. "Yes,perfect, just fine. You have room # 5. Here
you go sir." the man hands Dom the key to the room with a big
smile. "Thanxs." He grabs the key and climbs the steps to
his room.
He enters the room with a sight of relief. He was glad it
was run down and only had the most basic of neccesities.
He throws his clothes off, unbuckles his gun holsters, puts
his sword down and jumps in the shower. After the shower he
just wraps himself with a towl and lays down on his bed and
ponders.
(They all seem nice, I think they are okay. I'll only stay
for a while. Then off to portal jumping, again.)
With that thought he dozes off.

“I’d
prefer if you called me Tamrissa, Sabre. I’ve never liked
formalities very much. Though in some cases I suppose they are
necessary, in this one they are not,” Tamrissa glances at
Sabre Soldier as he comes out of the dressing room. “Good
choice…suits the nature of the kindred very well…princes of
darkness have they not been called before?”
She sorts through a rack of clothing, searching for
something that will fit her petite structure. Most of the
clothing is black, a color she does not usually wear, but she
picks a few items out. A small grin forms on her face as she
moves on to look at the footwear, her hands immediately going
for a pair of soft black leather boots that look like they
could probably come up to just below her knee.
“Nice…if the rest of this doesn’t look good, at least the
boots will,” she runs her fingers over the leather and smirks
at the dragon. “Lace? Not my style, but there isn’t much
clothing made for females in here without some sort of frill
to it…so who knows.”
Returning her attention to the boots, she wanders behind
the screen in the corner that works as one of the dressing
rooms. While she puts on the new clothes, she speaks to
Sabre.
“I actually wouldn’t mind taking a look about the
city…maybe mingle with some of the locals,” her old clothes
get tossed out onto the floor beside the screen. “I’m tired,
but I am more interested in the business at hand.”
Maybe if we can find a few “hangouts” that haven’t shut
down because of the war, we can blend in and meet some new
friends…have some nice conversation…maybe get them to spill
something about these Chaos Lords that Clutchfiend and his
troops haven’t heard, she mind speaks this in case the
shopkeeper snaps out of his daze. If we’re lucky we might
even find a few Chaos soldiers to play with and get some
answers from.
She steps out from behind the screen. On her feet are the
soft leather boots that reach up to just below her knee. Above
that are tight black pants, a small strip of delicate black
lace, that shows a small amount of the paleness of her thighs
and hips, runs up the outside of each pant leg. A chain-link
silver belt falls just below her waist to rest on her hips.
Her midriff is slightly exposed as the completely-lace,
long-sleeved shirt she wears is not meant to reach down even
as far as it is on her small form. Underneath the lace she
wears what looks to be no more than a black bra. The wide neck
of the lace shirt is off to one side, baring her right
shoulder where the thin strap of the bra-like thing shows up
clearly against the white of her skin. Leather sleeves that
come down to form V’s on the back of her hands and attach to
her middle fingers cover her forearms.
“Don’t get too excited, scaly,” she glances at the dragon
after taking a look in the mirror. “This is only for
tonight…tomorrow I’m going to need something more than just
lace and face paint.”
Her golden curls are pulled back in a tail and her pale
features are darkened by black eyeliner and dark, dark
burgundy lipstick. A silver necklace circles her neck, a
pendant with a stone of the same dark, dark burgundy set into
it lying at her throat. She turns away from the mirror,
grabbing a leather satchel and stuffing a few others things in
it. Finally, she throws on a leather trench coat.
“There. By the Umbras, I look like a...tramp,” she glances
at the mirror again. “Well, I don’t look dangerous I
suppose…the enemy underestimating me might give me the
advantage though. Anyway, once I pay the man, I’m ready to
go.”
She turns to walk toward the man at the desk and then
pauses.
“What did you do to him, Fei?” she raises her eyebrows, not
really that surprised that Sabre might have had something to
do with the man’s spacey look.

As
cLuTcHFieND and Kalana walk through the building's many
hallways, Kalana ponders a few things.
"Cameron, I really think we should know more about the area
surronuding the temple. We don't have much about that area,
except for the sattelite pictures and that one camera. We need
to figure out what they have guarding the place."
