Posts: 3771 Nov 30 01 5:26 AM Angel of Redemption God-General More My Recent Posts	The entire upper chamber shakes as cLuTcHFieND and Khronos smash into each other. They then both draw their swords. Sparks fly as the two swords connect with each other. Both cLuTcHFieND and Khronos try every trick they know to hit each other, but all the attacks are either parried or dodged. Khronos is finally able to disarm cLuTcHFieND, but he loses his own sword in the process. This doesn't even slow the warriors down. They ignore the swords and begin fighting hand-to-hand. The two seem unable to land a hit on each other, although they are both moving at tremendous speeds. They keep going at it, their auras flaring up around them. Then, suddenly, they both jump backwards and hurl energy blasts at each other simultaneously. The blasts collide with each other in the center of the chamber and explode. cLuTcHFieND and Khronos touch down at either side of the chamber, and immedeately charge back into the middle, attacking each other again.

He grabs another peice of metal and pulls it out, he lets go a small scry of pain for a little while and he dusts off the stuff from his wounds, he grabs a hand full of water and drips it on his wounds. He watches the battle go on, Thousands sons floating up then falling down, bodies being thrown around like rag dolls he then sees Dark figurs running towards the thousands sons and beginning to rip em apart. " the Death company, i knew they would come soon, they sensed my power and the other fighters, im glad the Mugitsu clan is allies with the Blood Angels " Kawanua looks back at the lake, he grabs his head while severe pain shoots through it, he then falls unconcious once againthis is becoming a common then for me ^^ " Where am i? " Sara:: Kaworu come and play the waters nice and cool " hang on Sara, Im sorry I still don't remember you. " Chensei:: Thats ok, i know its not your fault...i'll just help you along the way " I know..but I am annoyed, having..um what its it? " Chensei:: Amesia... " yeah, having amesia is really annoying " Sara, plumps herself in between Chensei and Kaworu. " Chensei...um is Sara our child? " Chensei:: heh..no i found her when i found you, she has stayed with us ever since " oh, dammit i wish I remember " Kawanua reawakes and sees a Couple of Thousand Sons marines around him staring at him poking at his wings. Kawanua glares at them and they laugh. Suddenly they freeze then fall to the ground with blood spitting out of them from the back. Kawanua looks around trying to find who did that so fast. He has no luck " I need to get to the others, but how i can't move with out severe pain and i can't heal my self on this energy level " Kawanua leans back on the rock again and waits...waits for something...anything.

Posts: 2848 Nov 30 01 9:24 AM Prince of Nooses Colonel More My Recent Posts	A large portion of the Thousands Sons look up to See Fei and Tamrissa flying sending hell from above and become very concerned by them. Using what magic they know, they communicate with each other, and cast a flying spell on themselves and fly towards Fei, holding his whip of black lightning. This actually surprises Fei, not expecting them to be able to fly off those backpacks. Fei takes his fighting stance, and throws the whip at them. In mid flight, the black lightning takes on a snake like shape and charges them being controlled. It coils around the one, and pulls it down to the ground, constricting him. The others unload their weaponry at the two. ~How do you enjoy life knowing that it's coming to an end?~

Posts: 513 Nov 30 01 2:03 PM Recruit More My Recent Posts	Asaki secretly makes her way into the temple. She thinks to herself. I must've totally screwed over everyone. I wish I could remember what happened. I gotta find Clutchfiend. Maybe he knows how to help Sensei Reaver. Asaki walks into one of the main rooms only to find the warrior Clutchfiend and another engaged in battle. She attempts to walk into the room, but her hand is burned. She pulls back. I can't possibly remove this. Maybe if I use something having to do with optics or illusions. She looks around and takes a mirror off a wall in the temple corridor. Hope this holds out She carefully places the mirror in the door frame. Should the shield touch the mirror while she's holding it, the pressure could possibly dismember her hands. She removes a spear decorating one of the walls and quickly knocks the mirror over. Using the refraction of light, the shield begins to burn a hole in it's own defensive energy. When the gap is large enough for her to fit through without being destroyed, she makes her way into the room. She dodges as Khronos is slammed into the wall next to her. She watches as the enemy continues the blood battle with Clutchfiend. Asaki looks down to the ground as something catches her eye. She runs, dodges an energy blast, runs further into the room, then picks Clutchfiend's sword up off the ground. She stands ready, sword in hand, waiting to provide the warrior with his weapon should he call for it. \|With chaos as my guide, I walk the plains in search of a worthy battle....\|

They're empty suits of Power Armour) Soul Reaver runs fast over the battlefield, towards where the fighting seems to be centred. He can see Fei and Tamrissa. They are surround by the broken, empty shells of fallen Thousand Sons. Yet even as Fei battles his foes, the bodies of his enemies are surrounded by an eerie, dancing blue glow. Soul Reaver can see how the dismembered soul of the Thousand Son is drawn back into the armour by some fell magic. The armour then rises from the ground, cracks and flaws sealing themselves with the same unnatural magic. Soul Reaver's expression darkens. He gives a battle cry as he runs past Tamrissa and Fei. His first blow cleaves the helmet of Fei's trapped Thousand Son in two. Before his eyes, Soul Reaver sees the soul emerge from the armour. The blue glow suffuses the armour... "There is no return for you! You're mine!" Soul Reaver extends his left hand, and an invisible spiritual vortex rips the soul from its path, drawing it into Soul Reaver. It diffuses into being merely another channel of power for the warrior. It works... they can be defeated for good! "Fei! Tamrissa! Continue your attacks! I can absorb their souls before they return to their bodies!" With that, Soul Reaver charges into the ranks of his enemies, deflecting a thrown magical blast with his gauntlets. Blooddrinker crashes soundly into the chest of one of the Thousand Sons, throwing him down to the ground. The next foe blocks the first blow, but is not fast enough to parry the sword's upswing, which catches him on the lower torso and crunches right up into his chest. Soul Reaver grimly fights against the forces of Chaos, swinging Blooddrinker with one hand, and forever banishing the defeated Thousand Sons from the Mortal Plane with the other...

Sabre Soldier weaves back and forth between the bullets, getting very annoyed with them. " Seems like they just don't want to die. Well, if they can't piece their armor together, then I guess that they can't come back now can they? They cannot return to armor that doesn't exist." While dodging, Fei holds out his hand. The Thousand Sons begin to glow a deep red that begins to emit from their suits, soffocating their appearance. The light from the black lightning reflects off their armor as they explode in mid flight. The shrapnel flys through the air in all directions like glowing red dwarf stars, and disappear as they scatter into the air. " Well, it seems that this method works as well. Tamrissa, can you hold your own against the rest? If so, I will go assist cLuTcHfIeND. I'm getting sick of this little game we're in." ~How do you enjoy life knowing that it's coming to an end?~

Posts: 3771 Dec 1 01 2:11 PM Angel of Redemption God-General More My Recent Posts	cLuTcHFieND continue to attack each other. cLuTcHFieND manages to catch Khronos off guard and finally land some punches. Two shots to the face and a roundhouse kick cause Khronos to stumble backwards. cLuTcHFieND tries to capitalize with a charge, but Khronos recovers too quickly. He counters with a kick to the midsection and a powerful upper-cut that sends cLuTcHFieND flying into the opposite wall, by the door. It is then that cLuTcHFieND notices Asaki holding his sword. Nodding a silent thanks, he grabs it and blasts back towards Khronos. As he executes a perfect downward slash, Khronos holds out his hands. There is a flash, and Khronos's blade dissapears from it's location on the other side of the chamber and reappears back in his hands. He quickly swings it upwards, countering cLuTcHFieND's attack. Sparks fly as the swords clash together. They do not come back apart. cLuTcHFieND hovers in midair, using all the strength he can muster to try and force Khronos's blade back. Khronos forces his blade equally hard. The auras of the warriors flare up brighter than ever, and an energy shockwave is released, causing Asaki to stumble backwards. The two warriors continue their test of strength, neither one giving an inch, pure hatred flashing in their eyes.

Getting blasted to bits would not be a good career option right now. She looks up at Khronos. Asaka had introduced her to every member earlier on, but the Celestial toxin somehow eradicated bits of her memory. As hard as she tries to place the face, she can't remember. Asaki inches over to a hole in the wall. She looks down and notices Thousand Sons coming to life and attacking her friends outside. As hard as she looks, she cannot see Soul Reaver or Kawanua anywhere. "Wha- where'd they go?" \|With chaos as my guide, I walk the plains in search of a worthy battle....\|

Posts: 1328 Dec 1 01 5:08 PM Major More My Recent Posts	Kawanua gets up and steps over the suits, he walks to the battle slowly and painfully. a TS marine jumps inot the air and pulls out his chain sword. kawanua swings shenba up and shatters the chain sword along with the TS marine. " Guys! falls over ugh, hey guys i came to help " Kawanua gets back up and walks slowly to the battle, his red wings streak out and slam against the TS marines, Kawanua throws shenba into the middle of that TS marine pack, Shenba slams into the ground , shattering the ground around it. The TS marines closest to Shenba fall through the ground into the Mantle of the planet, the Rest are incinerated by the lave and heat. Shenba swings up and flies back to Kawanua which kawanua catches easy in his hand. The Death company scream through the battle slicing anything they come into path, they see soul reaver and stop to a halt. They watch him the clap for a second then run in another direction and literally jump into the top of the battle body slamming the TS soldiers. " lol, they love war " Kawanua swings shenba around slashing every TS marine around him, one slides down then spears kawanua in the chest. Kawanua falls quick easy due to his injury, he glares at the TS marine as he is lifted into the air by Kawanua's wings and pulls apart, kawanua lies then defending himself from the ground.

Posts: 1675 Dec 2 01 8:51 AM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	Soul Reaver continues slashing at the Thousand Sons as Kawanua arrives. To Soul Reaver's dismay, he sees the scattered shards of Fei's destroyed Thousand Son glow blue and begin to drag themselves across the ground. He shouts a warning to the other warriors. "The spell we face is powerful indeed! It appears that it is not enough to merely shatter their armour... they must be disintegrated entirely, or have their souls destroyed!" Soul Reaver strikes down another Thousand Son, absorbing his soul as it emerges from the armour. A sword-blade skitters off Soul Reaver's Black Steel plate. Soul Reaver whirls around and slices the arm off the Thousand Son responsible. He turns to see Kawanua fall beneath a press of bodies. His sword flashes as he fends off the Thousand Sons crowding around him. Soul Reaver chants a spell, and strikes a powerful backhand blow into what would appear to be mid-air. However, the action proves to be effective, as the Strike Blow spell bats the Thousand Sons away with ease. They are lifted off the ground and slammed unceremoniously into their comrades. With his enemies temporarily swept out of his way, Kawanua has the chance to struggle back to his feet. Take care, Kawanua! We still need your help... don't go dying on us!

A wave of liquid-like energy, much like a bubble, made of force spirals down into the army ranks. Upon hitting, it annihilates one of the soldiers, and in a forceful explosion, sends the others flying in all directions, away from the center. Many of the Thousand Sons are knocked away, slamming into those on Soul Reaver and Kawanau, throwing them off balance, and to the ground. Fei hesitates, waiting for an answer from Tamrissa, whether or not to go to the Temple. ~How do you enjoy life knowing that it's coming to an end?~

Posts: 23 Dec 2 01 1:44 PM Alter-Ego Character More My Recent Posts	Back in the city, Seargent Peterson is leading a patrol around the edge of town. Two hours before, he had been on the front lines, frighting to protect the city. But now, for some reason, the city was no longer under attack. The Chaos Marines had retreated. Peterson knew that the Chaos Lords hadn't been defeated yet. The sky was still the ominous shade of midnight blue that meant that the planet was shielded. The last transmission they had recieved from the Reverant was that all the personel from the Starblade had been moved back to the flagship, leaving the Starblade back under computer control. That was five minutes before the sky had darkened. Since then, there had been no transmissions from space, and no ships were able to leave the atmosphere. To make things worse, no one had heard anything from Commander Aileron or Second Officer Ryoki since they left for the temple. Peterson is generally worried. Peterson's train of thought is suddenly broken by one of the other marines in his squad. "Sir! Look at those two guys over there!" Peterson looks. He sees two strange figures. They are looking around for something, and they look confused. One of them is carrying what looks to be a mortally wounded scout. Peterson turns back to the marine. "So, Private Talgen? I don't see anything special about them." All the marines, including Peterson, are wearing their helmets, but Peterson can still here the tone of ainxiety in Talgen's voice. "Look at the scout, sir! That's Second Officer Ryoki! I'll bet my life on it!" Peterson quickly turns and looks at the two strangers again. He takes a closer look at the wounded scout and discovers that it is indeed Second Officer Ryoki. He hadn't recoginzed her at first because of her massive injuries. Peterson is still for a minute, and then he begins to run, drawing his bolter and shouting instructions to his squad. Within seconds, the entire squad is charging towards the two strangers (who just happen to be Jharm and Dom) with their weapons drawn. As they get within range, Sgt. Peterson shouts at them. "HEY! YOU TWO! STOP WHERE YOU ARE! DON'T MOVE!" Soon Jharm and Dom find themselves surrounded by marines. All the marines keep their weapons pointed directly at Jharm, who is carrying Kalana. Sgt. Peterson steps forward and begins speaking, keeping his gun pointed at them. "Who are you, and why are you carrying our officer? What happened to her?"

Kaworu begins to cry " Sara, i dun think i can move any more, plz go run for you life and get to shelter untill this is over, here take my Kelsenmy old katana plz sara, go i don't want you to die " Sara:: No! i don't wanna leave you NO! " Go!!!! GET AWAY NOW! " With that sara runs to shelter and hides and kaworu dies in the battle field.

Posts: 1297 Dec 2 01 8:12 PM Recruit More My Recent Posts	Tamrissa's aura flares to life as she and Fei are fired on. Her hands fly up and vines push through the ground. She closes her hands into fists and the vines wrap around individual Thousand Sons, swinging them and smashing them into each other. Once the armor is cracked enough, she opens her hands and the vines drop them. Oh thank you, Jihon...but what can I possibly do with your power that I can't do with my own?! she scowls to herself and sends a blast of energy at the small pile of marines she has created. She watches as Soul Reaver continues to absorb the souls. Go, Fei! Ill be fine! Her eyes widen as one of the flying marines charges towards her, power sword drawn. She draws her own sword and lets out a grunt as their swords meet in a shower of yellow and bright green sparks. The clang of metal echoes as the soldier drives her backward with harsh blows, which she meets with her own sword. He draws bolt gun from a holster at his belt and aims it at her middle as he continues to fight her sword with the other hand. No, she whispers against gritted teeth and ducks down as the gun goes off, rolling through the air and falling below his hovering form. She crouches in mid-air, stopping her tumble and looking up at the marine. A blast of energy flies from her fingers and hits the Thousand Son. She takes the opportunity to dart up behind the marine as he recovers and smash her sword into his backthe armor cracking. Catch! she grins down at Soul Reaver and slams the sword into the soldier again, sending him tumbling towards the ground. We can't leave them to fend off all of these Chaos soldiersand well be followed if we go nowthey might reach the mask before we do, she speaks to Jihon. Waitwhats that? I didnt think any of the tritons were here at the templeyou left yours back at in the city didnt you?? Coming towards the battle is a triton, its guns firing at the Thousand Sonsbreaking their armor and driving them back as they try to fire on the large lumbering machine. ~A sweet little woman..with more bite than bark.~

Posts: 1675 Dec 3 01 5:46 AM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	The Thousand Son slain by Tamrissa crashes into the ground close to Soul Reaver's feet. He reaches to it's soul, tearing it from the Mortal Plane and drawing into himself. Before he can reply to Tamrissa, however, another wave of Thousand Sons reaches him. Soul Reaver, battling fiercly against the Thousand Sons, sees the Triton wade into battle... Welcome relief... but who could it be? Is it Ella? Soul Reaver looks at the press of armoured bodies around him. Bursts of magic and the supernaturally sharp edge of Blooddrinker are carving away at the Thousand Sons with rutheless efficiency, but even then, there seems to be no end to the numbers of the Chaos forces. Soul Reaver is slowly being driven back. "This is hopeless! We cannot defeat them singly like this... there are simply too many of them! Forgive me on listening in to your thoughts, Tamrissa... I know you are going to try and banish the mask... but we cannot do so until the Thousand Sons have been driven back somewhat." He glances to where the mask lies, beyond the masses of Thousand Sons. It is pulsing with an unwholesome radiance, growing constantly stronger and more erratic. Soul Reaver reaches a grim conclusion. "Tamrissa, try and keep the Thousand Sons away from me as much as possible. I am going to cast a spell that requires great concentration, so I will not be able to focus on my fighting to the same extent." Soul Reaver begins a low chant. His voice hums with inaudible words. Tamrissa feels the fabric of magic in the air being disturbed as Soul Reaver begins the casting. The invisible, all-pervading streams of energy are diverted, draining away from the surrounding area... leaving the equivalent of a chilling void where once there was a warm, flowing ocean of magic. The Thousand Sons, being magically attuned themselves, also sense this change. The incessant flare of spells that so eerily flickered over the battlefield moments ago grows muted... fading as the magic is drawn away... Soul Reaver continues the casting, drawing the magic into himself, focusing it and channelling it through his body... Blooddrinker still slashing at his foes, keeping them at bay...

Posts: 2848 Dec 3 01 6:05 AM Prince of Nooses Colonel More My Recent Posts	Sabre Soldier looks over at Tamrissa as his figure fizzles I dont know whats going to happen when this is over. I really dont know what to sayGood Bye I guess. Sabre Soldiers body seems to rip apart as he disappears into the night. He reappears inside the temple, right in front of the door that is magically sealed. HmmMagic eh? Well, It looks like I have to find my own way in. Sabre Soldier walks outside the temple, and flies up above it and scans down on it. With a giant twist, he brings his arm around, and sends a white blade flying at the top of the temple. A large section of the temple slides off the rest, cleanly cut, and falls to the ground. He looks down inside to see cLuTcHfIeND and the the Chaos Lord fighting. This looks like the placeWell, my friend, are you ready to end this and finally leave this place. I just want to go back the dragon responds to Feis comment with sincerity Dont let it get to you Fei. It will all be over soon. Then we can leave them be. Isnt that what you want? I guess my scaly friend. If its not what I want. I know its what she wants. And I just want to make her happy.even if it means leaving. Well, let us go and end this madness. ~How do you enjoy life knowing that it's coming to an end?~
