Posts: 1328 Dec 5 01 4:57 AM Major More My Recent Posts	Kawanua screams in pain, the field begins to show it self it begisn to turn blue, Kawanua falls to his knees and begins crying. " no i can't let it happen again, NO i can't Soul can't stop he need to keep on going. NOOOO! " Kawanua eplodes with power screaming at the top of his voice, the cry sends shivers down everything and everyone, He begins slashing any where cutting him self also. Screaming. the Field goes red and lightning blots fire everywhere from the out side. " No! must keep control! NO!!!!! " Kawanua stumbles around holding his head, shenba now on the ground defenceless letting TS marines pick her up and letting them get burnt by her power. Kawanua runs into a TS marine then slams it away. " ARGH!!!!!!!! GOTTA CONTROL. CONTROOOOOOL! " Kawanua falls to his knees again and his wings begins falling to bits, little by little. The field shatters anything it touches absorbing energy and becoming giganticly large. Kawanua grabs a TS marine and brings him to his face " You are a fool to come near me, Back away! " The Ts marine pushes off kawanua's grip and backs away fast, he begins getting scared and so are the others as they watch Kawanua go crazy. Kawanua's wings now look like rubbish as feather by feather fall off, the gold streaks fading every moment. " slow crazy laugh I'm uncontrolable nothing can help me! NOTHING! NO ONE screams with laughter NO DRAGON CAN DIS OBEY ME I AM THE RULER OF DEATH " Kawanua becomes worse every moment. The TS marines now, a couple of metres away from kawanua, fall to pieces as there energy just fades.

Posts: 1675 Dec 5 01 5:40 AM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	Soul Reaver continues casting. The efforts of Fei, Tamrissa, and Kawanua have bought him the time he needed. Every muscle in his body tenses up as firey streams of magic burn through every cell in his body. The magic in the surrounding area begins to drain away so rapidly that spells begin failing. Tamrissa's combat vines begin to wither away... the Thousand Sons' spells are little more than coloured sparks... and even Kawanua's barrier begins to collapse. Soul Reaver is now surrounded by a visible sphere of white energy, power randomly arcing off it, exploding nearby stones. An unnattural wind howls around Soul Reaver, sending his cape flapping through the air like the wings of a malevolent angel. Soul Reaver's magical chanting grows to a crescendo... the words reverberate through everything, humming through the blood and bones of his companions, quaking through the enchanted armour of the Thousand Sons. Soul Reaver, only barely aware of what is going on around him, sends an urgent mental message to his friends. My companions! Get out of here, NOW! The spell is almost complete! Soul Reaver focuses the magic within him... channeling it through his arms, into his hands... gathering it onto a single point between his palms... A single, blinding sphere of white light grows between Soul Reaver's palms. Concentric, spherical fields of energy are sucked into it in regular pulses... but growing ever more frantic. Silence settles over the battlefield as Soul Reaver intones the last word of the spell, and hurls the fist-sized ball of magic forward. The Thousand Sons look upon Soul Reaver for one last time. The spell hurtles to the centre of the battlefield... and explodes into the Sphere of Annihilation. A massive ball of pure white energy roars outwards, driving before it a stinging mass of rocks and shrapnel. The clouds are blasted from the sky by the massive energy of the spell. The Thousand Sons do not even have a chance to raise their hands in defence. As the spell washes over them, they are completely vaporized like motes of dust. Many warp creatures are caught in the blast, their flesh shredded from their bodies and completely consumed by the burning light. Soul Reaver shields his eyes with his gauntlets as a storm of sharp, superheated rock blazes past him. His hasty magical defences ward off most of the hail of stones, leaving him largely unscathed before the devestation...

Posts: 1328 Dec 5 01 5:47 AM Major More My Recent Posts	Kawanua gets thrown far away from Soul from the explosion, Kawanua still crazy spisn to his feet and runs back to find nothing. no TS marine left. " Need something, gotta kill. " Kawanua with his wings totally bare now runs around everywhere looking for something. " Uncontrolable, need something, gotta.....need something. " Kawanua full of pain and un able to control himself no longer screams again and sends a chilling laughter, he runs around the place not caring about how tired and weak he is. he finds a temple and begins slamming on the door while still screaming a crazy laughter " Come out!!! i wanna play now!!!! " Kawanua continues to slam on the door and laugh. he then slams his hands and leaves them then bangs his head. " Pain pain pain pain pain MUST GIVE PAIN!!!! " Kawanua body slams the door then scratches at it. his wings all mattered and torn not like how powerful and beautiful as they were before, now looking like a undead part of a monster. " ARGH! LITTLE PIGS LET ME IINNNNN! " Kawanua slams the door, not caring, not noticing, not bothering about the blood on the door.

Posts: 2848 Dec 5 01 6:29 AM Prince of Nooses Colonel More My Recent Posts	Sabre Soldier walks towards the Warp Creature slowly, sneaking up on. He glows a faint blue, and a transparent, liquid like steam rushes from him. In an instant, he projects himself like a bullet, entering into the side of the creature. The creature begins to glow an off set white and can be seen through, as a light glows within. The white beams burst through his sides, and in explosion of gore, Fei stands where the beast once was, covered in a green and maroon mucus that slides slowly from his body in large chunks. " This is just sick. What was I thinking? I should have just blasted it." At about this time, Soul Reaver's spell lets go and covers a good amount of the area. Fei wipes himself off as the blast rolls around him. After it passes, Fei looks back and smirks slightly. He see's several more warp creatures falling from the warp, and see's Ella putting on the mask as Tamrissa runs to her. He sighs slightly in a depressed tone and runs up next to Tamrissa, cutting down some of the enemies as they work their way to Ella. " what's going on here? What's up with the mask that Ella's putting on? ~How do you enjoy life knowing that it's coming to an end?~

Posts: 739 Dec 5 01 9:08 AM Seraphim Captain More My Recent Posts	As Soul releases the blast Jharm just barely raises up a shield that protects him from the edges of the blast (far enoguh away he did not receive the full blast, only the edges of it). He then sees something going on around a "dead" triton. He also sees someone trying to slam down a door to the temple. "What the...that's Kawanua. What's going on? I leave for like 10 minutes and all hell has broken loose." Jharm then runs over to the group around the triton seeing that it is Fei and the others. He dodges any attacks from warp creatures and then blasts them in the face with holy spheres. ~I fight for God and God alone!~

Posts: 23 Dec 5 01 10:45 AM Alter-Ego Character More My Recent Posts	Back in the city, Sergeant Peterson carries Kalana into the command center. He goes to the room where everyone met before. This time, there is no guard, as every available marine has been sent back to the front lines to defend against the warp beasts. Peterson opens the door and steps inside. Brother Captain Aldaris is sitting at cLuTcHFieND's desk, using the radio equipment to try and contact him. "Commander Aileron, this is Brother Captian Aldaris, do you copy?" There is no answer, only static. "Commander Aileron! This is Brother Captain Aldaris! Do you copy?" There is still no answer, and Aldaris gives up, slamming the radio reciever down in frustration. He then notices Peterson. "Sergeant Peterson! What are you doing here! You should be out on the front-" Aldaris stops short as he notices Kalana. He leaps out of his chair and runs over to them. Aldaris: "Blood of Sanguinius! What happened to her?" Peterson: "I'm not sure. Two members of Commander Aileron's Special Forces team brought her in." Aldaris: "Is she still alive?" Peterson: "Barely. I was going to take her to the medical tent, but she asked me to bring her here." Aldaris: "She asked you?" At this point, Kalana's eyes pop open. "Yes. I asked him to bring me here. Peterson, put me down, please." Peterson looks worried, but he complies, setting Kalana on her feet. She struggles, and is finally able to gain her balance. She turns and looks at Peterson. "Thank you for your help, Sergeant. Go and help defend the city." Peterson salutes and walks quickly out of the chamber, closing the door behind him. Kalana turns to Aldaris. "Aldaris, how are things here?" Aldaris grabs a sheet of paper that is lying nearby. "Our latest report shows minimum losses. Our tanks and heavy weapons are holding the warp beasts back, and the remaning Chaos troops are not bothering to attack. The city is in good condition." Kalana wipes some fresh blood off her face before speaking. "Aldaris, I'm dying. But there is something that I still must do. I do not think that Commander Aileron will make it back. If he doesn't , you are to take over as Force Commander. You are the most trusted soldier on the force, and you are the only one qualified for the job. This is a direct order. Do you understand?" Aldaris doesn't speak for some time. A tear rolls down his face. After a while, he finally speaks. "I hear and obey, Officer Ryoki." Kalana smiles. "Good. It was nice knowing you, Aldaris." Kalana turns and limps out of the chamber. Aldaris stares at the empty doorway for a while, and then goes back to the desk and sits down. He stares at some reports, and then he picks the radio reciever back up and begins to check on the front lines. Kalana reaches the main doorway of the command center and goes outside. She looks up into the swirling colorful sky. Well, here goes nothing.

As she gets closer and closer to the warp rift, She takes one last look at the temple. Although it is pretty far away, she can make out the triton, and the people fighting around it. Good luck my friends. I hope you survive what is about to happen. Kalana then dissapears into the warp rift. Intense agony fills her body as she moves into the core of the warp. She sees a few more of the terrible warp beasts heading for the opening. They see her and try to attack her. Kalana focuses all of her power in front of her, concentrating as much as she can, even though the terrible energies of the warp are ripping her apart. I can't make a warp gate on the surface of the planet......but I should be able to make one here! Finally, there is a flash, and a warp gate opens in front of her. She plunges through it, and appears on the deck of the Starblade, a few feet from the ship's warp generator and the Improbability Drive. She immedeately collapses. "I......made it.......I'm in position.........I'm ready.....for...... it........ ... .... ....." Kalana breathes her last ragged breath, and then breathes no more.

Gisias is still in the mask don't put it on! He'll posses you!" Jihon relises his attemps are failing... "God can only hope that I can do this... Gotta try..." Tamrissa can feel a pressure growing within her mind. A swirling mist froms directly behind her. Jihons image appears in the cloud of mist. Suddenly It takes from and Jihons physical body stands naked behind Tamrissa... "Man... Why do I alweays end up naked! Looks at Ella Ella Dont put on the mask! It will condemn you!" Jihon takes off in a flat out sprint towards Ella. He passes Tamrissa running at her but his speed may not be enough... {Meanwhile at the base of the temple...} Stryder stands looking at himself and feeling his bare face. He feels at his sword and then looks off into the distance... "The pull of battle summons me...I am no longer a shame... I will avenge my daughters death if it kills me doing so. Gisias... Is alive.." Styder takes to flight, soon after drawing his sword, and flies in the direction of the mask. While passing over head he sees the wreakage of Thisiases Triton and sees Thisiases body laying on the ground. It is singed and smells fouly of burnt flesh. Stryder flied down next to it and frowns. "You... My freind ... Died because of your selfish brother... Your life will be avenged as well." Stryder Sheaths his sword and etentend a hand to make a hole in the ground using his energy. "May you rest in peace..." Stryder closes Thisiases open eyes and place him in the hole and buries his body in the hot sand. "Vengence will come my freind. See you around ol' chap" Stryder takes to flight again as a small tear rolls down his cheek... "The stars often watched are the ones that seldom fall..."

Her eyes go wide as she senses something. A warrior, crossing over. "Kalana..." She begins to breath heavily, anger burning within her soul. "No. NO! If I had been on their side, they'd still be alive! Accursed fiends! YOU WILL PAY!!" Asaki's aura begins to flare up around her. Her power level increases with every second that goes by. Her hair begins to spike and grow out. The platinum color turns a pale shade of blue. The teenager slightly increases in size. Fingers extend into long, black claws and dragon-type wings sprout from her back and small ones from her ankles. Senshi's eyes burn a raging reddish color. She flies horizontally at the warp creature and punches it through the stomach. She hovers behind it as the creature explodes. Not a fragment of it is left unshattered. Senshi charges outside. Her incredible speed catches Kawanua's attention, even in his crazed state of mind. She hovers and begins to madly destroy enemies wherever she sees them. Her mind, filled with nothing but the utmost revenge. \|With chaos as my guide, I walk the plains in search of a worthy battle....\|

Posts: 3771 Dec 5 01 5:55 PM Angel of Redemption God-General More My Recent Posts	Back in the upper chamber of the temple, Khronos drives his spikes deeper into cLuTcHFieND's back. " I can feel your strength leaving you! Give up! It will hurt much less!" cLuTcHFieND screams in agony. The pain is unbearable......but suddenly, there is no more pain. cLuTcHFieND suddenly feels something pulling out of his mind, leaving a terrible void. A presence, something cLuTcHFieND had taken for granted after all this time, is now gone. A new pain, worse than anything cLuTcHFieND was suffering at the hands of Khronos, fills his soul. Kalana....... In that instant, as the horrible realization that Kalana is dead settles into his mind, cLuTcHFieND forgets all about his current situation. Memories float through his mind; the day he first met Kalana on her home colony Tellanis 6, The day she had decided to travel with him, The day they had gone off to fight the Chaos together, All the happy times they spent as bounty hunters in the Sol System, The time she had saved him from assassins on Homeworld Terra and ragged him about it for three weeks afterwards, only to have to be saved from Tyranids on the fourth week.....the list of memories went on and on. In a split second, cLuTcHFieND relived every memory he had of Kalana, and then, after the last memory had rolled through, a new memory popped into his mind. This memory was from long before he had met Kalana. This memory was from when he was 10 years old, still living on his home planet of Andiyar. This was when he was in the middle of his Flame Mage training, under the master Hammas. He was one of three students. The other two were Elly, cLuTcHFieND's boyhood crush, and a boy who had been cLuTcHFieND's friend and part time rival since 1st grade......a boy by the name of Khronos. Master Hammas: "Can any of you tell me what "maximum potential" means?" cLuTcHFieND: "I can, master. It means, the highest amount of energy your body can handle without injury." Hammas: "That is very good, Cameron! You remember your lessons well. Now, have any of you heard the term, "Overcharging" before?" Khronos: "I heard my dad talking about it before, but I don't know what it means." Elly: (whispers to cLuTcHFieND) "That's where Khronos hears everything from. Just cause his daddy was some kind of big war hero, or something." Khronos: "Hey! I heard that! My dad was a general in the Warlock War! I'll have you know-" Hammas: "Now, now. We've all heard about your father, Khronos. He was a great man. Now on with the lesson. Overcharging is when you produce more energy inside you than your body is physically able to handle. You become twice as strong as your power level, but this comes with a price. Stay overcharged for two long, and your body breaks down from the inside, and you die. This is why we train. Training increases your maximum potential, so that you can produce more energy without damaging yourself." cLuTcHFieND: "Can you overcharge whenever you want? Or doesn't it work that way?" Hammas: It takes a severe amout of either ainxiety or anger to force an overcharge. An overcharge will occur only in extreme situations."

Stryder: Here you go good buddy! Jihon: Thanks... But I wont be needing cloths.... The bone armor shoots from Jihons skin and tightly wraps itself around him. He looks to Tam who is running right beside him. "C'mon Tam get a hold of her quick! She'll be nothing but a shell of her former self! Her soul will be devoured! Gisias is still in the mask!" The year cLuTcHFieND turned 14, he had asked Elly to be his girlfriend, and she had said yes. They had both finished their Flame Mage training a year earlier. Then, one year later, just after cLuTcHFieND's 15'th birthday, Khronos had returned, at the command of a huge Chaos warship. He destroyed Andiyar, killing Elly, Hammas, cLuTcHFieND's parents, brothers and sister, and the rest of his race. cLuTcHFieND had taken a trip to a nearby space station that week, and had witnessed the planet's destruction. Him and Khronos were the last two surviving members of his race. Now, 10 years later, Khronos had again been responsible for destroying the thing that cLuTcHFieND had valued above all else. As cLuTcHFieND lays on the ground, still being thrashed by Khronos, the words, "only in extreme situations" continuiously repeat through his mind. He feels energy surging through his body, energy stronger than he had ever felt before. And there was something else, something filling the void that Kalana's death had left behind. Rage." There is a bright flash, and Khronos is hurled backwards across the chamber. He smashes into the wall, and falls on his face. He gets back up and sees cLuTcHFieND standing. " Oh, so you still have some life left in you?" cLuTcHFieND doesn't respond. His eyes are squeezed shut. His aura flares up arond him. It gets bigger and brighter than ever before. Khronos finally detects a power surge and takes a step back. " Hey, waht's up with you? Did Kalana die or something?" At the mention of Kalana, cLuTcHFieND screams. His eyes fly open, revealing bhrightly shining red pits where his eyes should be. His aura goes from orange to red, and he emits a huge burst of energy. There is a bright flash. Everyone on the ground looks up in suprise as the entire upper chamber of the temple explodes, sending flaming shrapnel everywhere. An eire red light glows within the cloud of smoke and flame that now hangs around the top of the temple.

" Kawanua screams, he jumps into the air and in one shot grabs Asaki while she speeds past. He lands on hte ground with Asaki in his grasp. suddenly Kawanua lets go and backs away. " No what am i doing, ugh help me! " Kawanua falls back and pushes back wards moving away from asaki, " Can't hurt my friends, but who is my enemy? WHO IS MY ENEMY!!! " Kaawanua stands up and runs out the door, he jumps on top of the temple and back flips off. he lands on the ground with a large shock wave, he backs away again and leans on a tree. " No gotta control! argh! i have to! " Kawanua slams his hands into the tree intrapping himself. " Need control, pain...pain...pain...PAIN! " Kawanua screams and his memories pour back in, he strugles to break free but cannot seeming his has no control to use any attack. Asaki lies there hearing the screams while frowning.

He had created an energy shield just before the blast, and this had kept him safe. The only part of the chamber left is the floor. The rest of it was destroyed. Now the chamber is just an open-air platform. Khronos watches the clearing smoke uneasily. Dammit. It must have been that stupid "overcharge" technique that the old man was talking about back at the training session. He was a cheap skate. He gave all the good stuff to Cameron and that bitch who liked Cameron more than me. But I made the bitch pay, and I made the old man pay, and I'll make Cameron pay. The smoke finally clears completely. cLuTcHFieND is revealed. His hair has grown longer. It now is also bright red. His eyes have also turned blood red, and they glow brightly. His aura spins around him like a red whirlwind. He stares at Khronos, with no visible emotion on his face. Khronos is slightly suprised, but he doesn't show it. " Nice light show, Cameron! Are you done?" cLuTcHFieND doesn't move an inch. "No. You aren't dead yet, so I'm not done." The two over-powered warriors charge each other, and as they reach the center of the platform, their auras collide and combine. The glowing whirlwind of pure energy takes up the entire platform, and turns from red and green to an off-white. The energy is so bright, It lights up the entire battlefield, as if a gos was shining a bright flashlight down upon it. The two rivals fight in the center of this energy, both of them moving faster than the eye can see.

She makes a small noise and shakes her head, her chest beginning to rise and fall quickly. Her eyes meet Tam's again and gain a sudden pleading look. I...I'm sorry...tell mother that.. a sudden scream tears from her throat and she falls to her knees, dragging Tamrissa with her. She begins shaking, her fingernails digging into the other woman's arms violently. Breathless sobs begin pouring from inside the mask, her clear blue eyes filling with tears and squinting with the pain to maintain control. Tell her...my foolishness finally...killed me, she says between the sobs, her voice hardly audible. Ahhh!! I...can't..stop...him! Her head whips back, another scream muffled behind the cold metal that covers her face. When she brings her head back down, her eyes are glowing a fierce scarlet, glimmers of blue vibrating through them every once in awhile. She holds onto Tamrissa, still not allowing the demon to take her completely, making him rip her mind apart before he can harm anyone with her body.

" Who is this? why is he crying. " Kawanua then sees 2 bodies dead, mattered, ripped apart and the young child's hand on both of them " Is! Is that me!?!?!?! " Kawanua wakes to himself, and sees a pool of tears on the ground. " I haven't cried like this, at least i don't think i have, why....why??? why did they die what happened, my memory has shifted out of the black hole but is jumbled, whats going on. " Kawanua slides out of the tree, releasing his grasp on the roots inside, he falls back still crying. " Whats going on. I..I don't know whats going on. samantha, Samantha! She...she was my wife, is this Sara my daughter? All i know about Samantha is she died saving Sara as did i but if im dead how can i be alive now? " Kawanua stands up and sees in the distant Jihon and tamrissa, and Ella on the ground with.....the mask on " They didn't...... " Kawanua jumps into the air but falls instantly, " lands heavily argh! what! My wings!!!! whats happening to me!?!?!?! " His wings now bi by bit even the bone fall off. Kawanu runs to Jihon and stops, he falls to his knees still crying. " Jihon...help me. plz i know Ella is also in trouble, but i can't control my self and looks at me. im not me any more. " Kawanua looks at Jihon, kawanua's face cracked bleeding, his markings on his disolving, Jihon stares at Kawanua eyes fixed on his faces and wings, Kawanua slams his face into his hands and lets out a cry. " WHAT HAVE I DONE I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! WHAT HAVE I DONE!!?!?!?! " Jihon looks at ella then at kawaua, kawanua tugs on Jihon. " Plz don't leave me..... "

"Your mother would be proud...as will I be after we get you out of that mask..and maybe after I teach you how to obey orders." She grins slightly and holds Ella as she goes into another fit of screaming. "Gods," she whispers and then scoots closer on her knees, hands holding the shaking girl steady. "Come on, take deep breaths, block him from your mind like you would a mind speaker." Ella nods, still gasping for breaths and shaking. A growl rumbles in her throat and she clenches her eyes shut. "Get him out of her mind!!" she hisses at Jihon. "If she dies, someone will pay!! Get him out!!" She pulls Ella close and tries to hold her as the girl's body goes tense and a gurgling sound begins in her throat along with the growl. Ella's arms are locked against Tamrissa's stomach, her fists balled up. "Do something!" she continues to stare at Jihon and Fei. Her eyes suddenly go wide as Ella's fists open. Sharp metal claws extend into Tamrissa's stomach. Ella's eyes are now completely red, staring up at the other woman through the eyeholes in the mask, watching her stunned face. Hello...Mistress Tamrissa, the whispering, slithering voice coming from the mask is no longer Ella's. The claws pull out and Tamrissa falls backwards onto her heels, her hands going to the puncture wounds, blood welling around her fingers. "DON'T!!" she suddenly shouts before either Jihon or Fei can move to help her. "Don't touch her!! If either of you make a mark on her, I will kill you!!" Ella wraps her arms around herself, regaining control of her mind once more and rocking back and forth. ~A sweet little woman..with more bite than bark.~

Ella lets go of her self, " I don't....I don't know if that worked but it should give you a bit more control over your self.....ella..... " Kawanua holds himself and shivers, his Wings shatter apart and fall to the ground, Kawanua falls with them shaking and crying. Ella stares at Kawanua. " I...I.....I hope your alright ella " Kawanua closes his eyes, still shaking breathes slowly, then more slower, then more slower. " What to do....let...let go...or hang...hang on "

Khronos aims a very powerful punch at cLuTcHFieND, but cLuTcHFieND manages to catch Khronos's fist with one hand. He pulls it to one side and aims a punch at Khronos with his free hand. However, Khronos grabs his fist. They both begin to struggle, each of them having a hold on the other's hand. While this is going on, cLuTcHFieND is picking up strange power fluxuations from the battlefield. What in blazes is going on down there? That power.....it feels like Gisas! But I thought Jihon killed him? And who is that other power level? The one that keeps rising and falling like that? cLuTcHFieND groans in frustration. Dammit, I have to finish this fight! The whole time I've been up here, they've been down there, fighting for a cause that isn't even their problem. I have to finish this! cLuTcHFieND manages to pull his hand away from Khronos, and quickly uses it to grab Khronos's other arm. Now having a good grip on Khronos's arm, he tosses Khronos away from him. Khronos manages to land on his feet, but cLuTcHFieND runs over and begins to pummel him, smashing him with punches and kicks as fast as he can.
