Des walks over to Kawanua and nudges him with her foot.

“Wake up. We’re leaving,” she calls down at him and then turns to look at Tukedo as he screams.

“What is he doing?!” she yells to Jihon over the purr of the engine.

She looks back down at Kawanua and gives a little bit harder of a kick, though it is not meant to hurt him, only jostle him a bit.

“You have ten ssseconds and then we leave without you, Kawan-ua,” she hisses and walks a few paces backwards towards the truck.

Her arm sweeps down and picks up her bow lying on the ground, and then she is at the car door. She opens it up and pulls herself onto the seat.

“How long does it take to get to this cccity?” she is about as agitated as he is, reptilian eyes wide and the clear lids blinking over her eyes more than they usually do.
