((Heh... Tonberry is dead... how.... Ironic . Sorry for the long read.. posting 2 different characters at once... ))

As clutch and the others open the box and read the notes and contemplate, they are very unaware of what's going on around them... too focused on their own goal to notice anything else, until it happens...

A low sinister growl is heard from behind Slayer. A warm corrosive breathe beats down the back of his neck burning him slightly irritating. As Slayer turns to see what it is.. a bend in reality reveals a hideous beast just an inch from Slayer. 4 steel based mandibles clamp together in a beak like manner, from each side.

Before being able to react the 4 giant Mandibles are around Slayer's body shaking him horrifically slamming his frail body from side to side against the dungeon walls. The razor sharp serrated blades in Zareds mouth cut through's Slayer's body easily as the 2 scorpion like tails come reeling around and constrict his body as he grinds into it more, shaking it like a Rabid dog on a piece of Tonberry.

As Clutch turns to see Slayer as he reads the note he is met with a swift kick to the face. The blade drags across his visors where he see's and it knocks them off, as Clutchfiend See's nothing behind a wall of static.

Alex stands up from inside the box where he was. Tamrissa slung over his shoulder, unconcious. "You think Naraka would leave without his prize sacrifice? You thought wrong. You fell into another set up.. compliments of I. And again. Nice to meet you."

Alex jumps up in the air and does a complete split swinging both legs at once spinning, roundhouse kicking Clutchfiend twice. One across the chest and one across the head, knocking him backwards to the floor down several steps before clutch can reclaim his balance.

After the very quick assault Alex backflips over Zared who still has Slayer in his immense Jaws bashing his already beaten body more into a piece of tenderized meat.

Zared Slams Slayer at cLuTcHFieND who continues to fall down the spiralling staircase with Slayer ontop of him. An emmense Roar follows as his Large metallic talons slam into the hard rock, shaking the dungeon as he slowly goes down one step at a time towards his victims.....

Meanwhile, Alex returns to the Ritual Sight where Naraka waits for his return. "heh.. just as I expected Adon. Here she is.. ready for the ritual."

Alex lays down Tamrissa on one of the ritual rocks and draws his hand away from her face, waking her up.
