Time passes through the umbra like water trickling down a golden thread. The soon to be army of the Upper Umbra trains profusely, tired and weary throughout the Lower Umbra. Though seeming so slow in the Umbra's standards, Fei stands in the midst of the slow moving training, his figure and hair, thrashing violently in the harsh wind that blows against the newly made forces.
His arms crossed, he looks into the distance, his eyes a deep emerald green as usual. But a disturbed emerald green. A desprite green that hides nothing. To look upon them would show the very truth within his core. And like that, it snaps. His aura spreading over the spirits, forcing them to continue fighting, to continue training. A fierce aura.
His eyes begin to twist with hate and destruction, thoughts of complete darkness slowly twisting in his mind as a black cat rubs up against his leg, purring softly, it's body gracefully sliding past him, from head to the end of it's tail as it looks onward.
"Fei.... you can't hold on forever. Just let it go." The cat speaks, turning around and smiling softly. "You've done nothing wrong. You can't change the innevitable. It's your destiny as a kindred to just.... let it go someday. You can't get rid of me. I'm here to stay. Just as I told blondey.... I'm here for good, whether you like it or not. Now quit being difficult.. You're just hurting yourself."
"Fuck you.... I've about had it with you!" Fei screams at the cat, bringing his leg up to kick it, but it passes right through the creature, it's body twisting then springing back to it's original form. "I just need to feed.... It's been some time. This feeling inside me isn't making things any better. I'm hollowed out. Nothing more then an empty shell that just keeps stretching from the inside out!! You can't persuade me... so stop trying. I won't let you win. Tamrissa won't let you win!"
Fei vanishes from the plane, his men continuing to train and spar. He reappears on a modern street somewhere on earth. His hands in his pocket, the cat picking up pace to follow him.
"You know... it's so much easier to just kill her. Just think of the satisfaction of draining her very essance into you own...... Mmmmmmmmmm.. the thought of it is giving me the chills." The cat shakes suddenly, continuing to follow Fei.
"Enough of you, Alex.... I know what you are to me. And I accept that. It's not me that needs to accept it. I refuse to let you control me, but I know I'm stuck with you. So hear me out. You can't win. You will coexist with me for the rest of your bloody fucking eternity! I bet you didn't think I was such a tough one. My will to.......... just... just shut up. Go back to your hole. Give up. You're getting on my nerves."
Fei turns a corner into an alley and bounds over the brick wall to the other side on a busy market street, his very figure standing out quite a bit. The cat stopping before he even attempts to leap. "I must feed....that will keep me from losing it."
Fei thinks for a moment, shaking his head. "heh... I must be losing it..... I'm talking to myself...."
Fei licks his one cainine looking over the large selection. The smell of their essence brings a small amount of taste to his lips, as he bites down on one, looking again and again on his prey...thinking..... "but there's some things you won't ever change, Fei."
The voice fades to the back of his head before another enters into his mind. "Is Gima's word really that Important, Vampire? What kind of... thing are you? Not being there to protect your very soul, as well as hers. Of all things important, isn't she your first priority? Then why are you not there? You're not thinking again, Serumen!"
Fei stops infront of a small coffee shop on the corner of a square. People walk by him as he just stands there, looking at him as if he was a piece of artwork as they walk by. "Fei.... you have to make your priorities straight... it's never too late. You have an eternity, unless you let her die."
Fei shakes his head in frustration, feeling as if he knows what a psycho really is all of a sudden, foreign, out of place, disturbed beyond all reality. Stepping to his right, he puts his hands in his pockets and walks into the coffee shop, finding a table and sitting down, the emptiness holding it's complete place in his body, forcing a small spasm on his body at sudden times as events seem to happen.
Once thinking about it, he's suprised with how well he's held the beast off, and how he's responded to the bond, though he never loses the unbearable urge to just crawl back to her heels with all his being is.
"I'll take a cup of express." Fei speaks with a shallow, pale smile on his face, psycho written all over him. The smallest bump able to set him off like a bomb.
