"Zera, Asaki! This is foolish. We must regroup and plan out an attack! Not die here for the sake of some damn glory! What is it for if you die here today? Only a death of a frie-"
Kith's words are cut short as the dark legion rises. His words are caught in his throat. He defends himself, not realizing what he is doing, as Senshi and Zera are mercilessly beaten by the dark legion.
Only one way to save them. Only one exit. Only one chance...With a great roar, Kitharsis charges towards Asaki. As he picks up speed his body starts to glow. With growing intensity, the glow reaches to his skin and envelopes him in a light green aura. His spikes grow longer and pointier, his muscles bulge and stretch his skin, two curved horns grown from his forehead, his tail grows longer and sharper, and his claws grow longer and sharper.
With a great leap, Kith springs above the dark legion, landing next to Asaki. When he lands he swings his tail around himself and the fallen warrior, clearing a small circle around them. With great care, Kitharsis picks up Asaki and lays her over his shoulder. She is held between two rows of spikes and is quite safe.
"Now for freedom!"
Another great leap is performed and Kith lands next to the warp gate. He jumps through, greeted by the sight of the plaugebearers.
"Great..."
Raising his voice he shouts to Soul Reaver.
"Soul Reaver! Asaki is here, protect her! I must go back for Zera. Pray that she is still safe..."
Kith lowers Asaki to the ground and steps back through the gate. He is greeted by a row of skeletons and dark legion.
"I don't have time!!"
Savagely he attacks the beasts around him. After clearing out a few of them he sees Zera, clearly wounded.
"You! I am coming for you!"
With another leap in the air Kith lands on a dark legion warrior next to Zera. He rips it's head off and shoves its body into a row of beasts, halting their approach for split seconds. While in the air Kith was hit with a few arrows and spears. He pushes his pain aside and concentrates on Zera. His tail swinging with ferocity like before Kitharsis looks at Zera sternly.
"We need to get out of here! Climb on my back and we will get to the portal together! We need to move now!!"
Kitharsis waits, still swinging his tail and defending himself from the onslaught of attacks.
