"Shut up old man......", Kanshisha coldly replies, his wounds healing at each breath. "If you saw what i just saw, you would have acted in a similar way..." he added, still holding his chest. " very nicely done young master. now you have your leader angry at you aswe[/u], Duriel's voice taunts Kanshisha, followed by more diabolical laughter. Kanshisha ignored Duriel's taunting as he continued towards the wagon.

Peterson storms over to where Kanshisha stands, stepping in between him and Soul. "You know, if I were you, I wouldn't talk to Lord Reaver like that." Peterson's eyes flash with anger. "I dont think he'd have any problem with reaching down your throat and ripping out your intestines. Maybe tearing you a brand new, much bigger asshole while he's at it. In fact, maybe when the time comes and he decides to play can-opener with your forehead, maybe I'll help him out a little." Peterson grins evily. "Or maybe you'll be smart and shut your insolent mouth." With that, Peterson marches back over to Asaki, intent on getting her in that wagon come hell or high water.

As Jharm is flying ahead of hte others, he decides it would be a good idea not to fly on, so he lands back on the ground next to Soul Reaver, and sees the attack on the Citadel. He then listens to Soul Reavers plan. I hope it works ok, now going to skip ahead As the dark legionairres begin charging out of the forest, Jharm summons his sword, prepared to hold them off so the others can make it. I just hope to God, that the Dark Legion wont be able to see me in Celestial Form (aka invisible). "GO!! I'll hold them off as long as possible!!" Jharm grabs his sword in both hands and begins to pray to God to give him the power to hold off, if not destroy, the oncoming evil. He shakes his head while looking at the wall. Then he looks to they sky, as portals open and release dark legionaires. "Soul Reaver, I will get in the engine, only if I know the others will follow. I will not hide away as my companions go into battle." He looks sternly at the others then turns his back and starts to climb up into the seige engine. His wings folded about him and his sword tucked inside his wings and belt. "Now, everyone else, follow Soul Reaver's plan please, considering he is leading this campaign."

Posts: 1675 Aug 26 02 3:34 PM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	Soul Reaver grits his teeth at Asaki's stubborness. His expression darkens even more at Kanshisha's comments. As Peterson interposes himself between Kanshisha and him, Soul Reaver nods his head in thanks towards him, but pushes him gently out of the way. "Kanshisha, we have no time for this. Just get into the siege wagon now. Perhaps later you will learn to take responsibility for your own actions." Soul Reaver looks over his shoulder at Peterson as another catapult rock crashes into the forest nearby. Flames billow out amongst the trees, setting them alight. "Peterson, please get moving. I will try to get Asaki to come along." Soul Reaver runs towards Asaki. The first of the cloaked Dark Legion warriors can be seen emerging from the woods. They are still a fair distance away, but are closing fast. Soul Reaver hurriedly pulls Asaki around to face him. His eyes reflect a certain sense of desparation. "Asaki! Please, come with me now! I will not leave you here!"

Posts: 1297 Aug 26 02 5:58 PM Recruit More My Recent Posts	Tamrissa's eyes roll back and her still glowing hands go to the back of Fei's head as he bites. All thoughts and concentration are ripped away from her for a few minutes. Her eyes close and a small sound purrs from her throat. She clenches her fists in Fei's hair, nails cutting into the flesh on her palms. The sound of movement very close to them brings her eyes open in a snap. She pushes at the pleasure, trying to get enough sense back into her mind to focus on what is happening. Her eyes dart wildly until they find the source of the disturbance. The Dark Legion! "Fei," she whimpers and squeezes her eyes shut, not being able to bring herself to push away from him. Her magic works to continue knitting his flesh back together and turning his gray skin from ash to its regular paleness. The world comes in flashes as she blinks her eyes upwards, the sounds coming from all around are muffled and slow, and the alarming smell of smoke isn't enough to outmatch the smell of blood and the feel of the tall man with his mouth pressed hungrily to the side of her neck. She brings a trembling hand up to the hilt of her sword as the speeding footsteps come closer, fighting the extreme urge to just stand there in perfect rapture. Wrapping her fingers around it, she unsheathes the blade. Her eyes flutter as she tries to find out where the first attack will come from, her curls and Fei's long hair tangling into the air as the heat wind from the fire batters against them. Everything seems to move in slow motion. Don't stop feeding until you are healed! she cautions into his mind. Don't stop! The first Legionnaire sword comes whistling down to her left, aimed and angled just right to strike both of them through the heart. She cries out and brings her sword over to parry it away. Another blow comes in and she lets out a furious scream as her sword clashes with the hooded villain's. Her other hand stays on the back of Fei's head, fingers weaved into the silk of his hair. Soldiers of the Dark Legion whistle past a few feet away, most intent on reaching the hill where the others are. Yet a few lock their attention on Tam and Fei's defenseless position and come running in for the slaughter. Their time is limited...

"If you harm him.....I'll banish you to a place far worse than inferno...", the dark demonic voice spoke to the space marine. It was quite obvious this voice did not come from Kanshisha. ((OOC: that wasn't god-modding was it? if it was then i'll edit it))

The blast from the blazing rock knocks her off her feet, sending her sprawling to the ground. "What the-" she is cut off as she turns her head to see the wall and the many firey rocks now hurtling towards them through the smokey air. PETERSON!! Quickly, place your hand on the ground! I must get out! There is little time... They will attack soon! Hurry! She grins, face hidden by a splash of blood red hair. Hesitating for a moment, deciding whether she will free him but keeping her thoughts to herself, she finally presses her palms to the ground on either side of her. As soon as Thisias is free, she leaps to her feet and takes off towards the wagon, intent on saving her own ass if it comes down to it as the beating she took from the Legion before was a little too much to go through again.

Please, come with me now! I will not leave you here!" Her eyes dart to the wagon then back at the warrior and begins to pry herself away from his grasp. Her voice sounds shaky with fear. "I--I can't!" Meanwhile, aboard the station... The Soreans bow slightly as Lord Dante aproaches and speaks. "All right, what in blazes is going on down here?" The leader stands straight and responds. "You must be Lord Dante. We are the Sorean of the planet Nebrous. We have been informed that a widely know criminal--Asaki Masako--was working for you. Where is she? We have a warrant for her arrest. And we would not wish to hear that she has killed any others." \|With chaos as my guide, I walk the plains in search of a worthy battle....\|

Instead of entering Peterson's mind, Thisias enters the crystal around Peterson's neck. The crystal changes from green to a bright glowing red. Peterson stares at it in wonder. "Huh? How did that happen?"

He wonders for a second, not sure why he would be able to feel Thisias at this extreme range, and then suddenly he understands. He reaches out to communicate with him. "Thisias? How did you get into Peterson's crystal? Is everything okay over there?" ((OOC: Lord Dante's post tomorrow. ))

She wanders over to a nearby tree and leans against it, watchs the battle. Suddenly the large rock comes down near them, Yue spins around and see's the many Legionnaires begin to make their way up the hill. "Blah, its never dull..." Yue ignores the conflict with Kanshisha and raises her sword, preparing to fight the creatures if they approach. The catapult-rocks that slammed around them seemed very distracting. She glanced over as Soul Reaver told them to board the wagon. Yue shook her head and turned back to the many Legionnaires that kept appearing... "Actually, on second though, staying alive seems better right now..." Yue grinned and re-sheathed her sword. Turning back to the others she made a dash towards the wagon. Climbing in beside the others and giving a sigh of relief. "The others had just better hurry." We are not living, but merely existing out of the fear of dying.

Posts: 474 Aug 26 02 8:31 PM Recruit More My Recent Posts	Suddenly, faster than anyone could react or think, the back of Kanishia's head was introduced to Gulver's fist traveling at a high velocity. The sound of the impact similar to a brick smacking in a slab of meat. Reaching around Kanishia's waist, ulver hoisted him up onto his shoulder in a fireman's carry and strolled toward the siege engine in his insufferable pace. "God.... You're more trouble than a 5 years old.... Not that I would know.... personally, If I was present at your birth I would have strangled you, sliced your parents to piece and incinerated anyone within a 10 mile radius..... But hey, what do I know?" was all Gulver muttered angirly before tossing kanishia in the chamber like a sack of potatoes. Turning around, Gulver mutteres, "Fucking idiot's going to get us killed.... GET YOUR ASS IN GEAR AND MOVE, WILL YA?"

However, no offense, Kanshi, but you had that coming big time. Now, let this end the conflict between you two. I will have to actually warn one of you if there is any type of continuation of or retaliation to that action. Soul may have something to say about this. It is his battle after all. His robes no longer flutter, He steps into the wagon quietly. Holding lizzie in his hand gently. For the first time, Keseno shows compassion to a living being. He strokes Lizzie and holds her close. His black eyes no longer looking cold and heartless but now filled with love and friendship as he keeps Lizzie Close to his chest. " I kinda got a liking to ya, your a little trouble maker. and its fun to watch you do that " Lizzie licks Keseno's hand and digs her claws into his trenchcoat underneith his robe. She curls up on his chest giving a slight purring sound, but in a lower tone. I Must speak with kanshisha, he is getting into trouble a lot... Yep. doesn't think before he acts or speaks. Indeed, hopefully that habit will dissappear

I thought he was gonna give him a bit of a whack, not a smash in the head. But yes, let's not have a fight break out about this. It's about time we were moving on anyway.) Soul Reaver grits his teeth in frustration at Asaki's refusal. A burning catapult-missile explodes into a fireball nearby, small pieces of rock slicing into Soul Reaver's shoulder. A Dark Legion warrior is closing on Soul Reaver's position rapidly. "Curses! Forgive me, Asaki..." Soul Reaver makes sure that Asaki has no time to figure out why he says this. He raises his hand before her face and gently brings it downwards. " Beth teris illis..." A strong Sleep spell flows from Soul Reaver's hands, entering Asaki's body. She goes limp as it takes effect. Soul Reaver catches her as she slumps forward. Unfortunately, the Dark Legionnaire is now almost upon him. Soul Reaver quickly throws a web spell at the Dark Legionnaire, who has drawn a two-handed sword. However, the white sphere fired from Soul Reaver's hand swishes harmlessly through the air as the Dark Legionnaire leaps several times its own height, bringing its sword down heavily on Soul Reaver's gauntlet. However, Soul Reaver's hastily-prepared parry goes awry - red sparks fly from the enchanted metal as the blade skitters downwards and slices across Soul Reaver's forearm. Warm blood spills down Soul Reaver's arm. Soul Reaver immediately casts a second Web spell, hitting the Dark Legionnaire at point-blank range. The sticky white webbing explodes over the undead creature, wrapping it in its strands. Unfortunately the Dark Legionnaire begins tearing the webbing to shreds in moments, it's supernatural strength letting it pull the magically-strengthened threads apart with ease. Soul Reaver lifts the sleeping Asaki over his shoulder and runs for his life, dodging another catapult-explosion on the way to the Spirit Engine. He arrives, unceremoniously dropping Asaki inside, then leaping in after her. He suddenly realises he has a problem. "Where are Fei and Tamrissa?! We cannot leave them behind now!"

She blinks as her sight goes fuzzy for a moment and a strange burning sensation fires through her veins. Coughing a bit, she shakes her head and looks at Soul as he speaks. "We can't wait for them! We have to go NOW! They'll have to catch up!"
