Posts: 132 Mar 27 03 8:44 AM Recruit More My Recent Posts	{ooc: i might aswell be the first to post. Hey tenn, i'm going to take care of this in one single post like we discussed. SO here i go.} As the shockwave nears Rhiyou, he begins to become a blurred image of blue and white. His dual muramase splice and twirl at the shockwave, tearing it down, level by level. But the enormous, rushing wall of energy continues on it's barrage against him, pushing him back further. Suddenly, Rhiyou's aura flashes into a flare of hot white light as he dahses backwards, away from the shockwave. once he was of a sufficient vicinity away, he sheathed the dual muramase and began to concentrate on a single point in time. A small ball of blue, electric energy begins to grow infront of him. The orb grows and grows in mass as the shockwave ferociously rushes towards him. "Oreku dakaren do.....", Rhiyou speaks in a tongue unknown. The orb flares to life and rushes towards the shockwave. As it gorws closer and closer, the orb changes into the shape of a ferocious wolf, burning with spiritual energies. The Wolf-spirit roars in rage and aggression as it increases in speed, clashing against the shockwave. The confrontation between the Wolf Spirit and the shockwave awakened thinders and black lightning in the skies as the grtound shattered and broke into shards. Rhiyou could see that his attack, although powerful, was weakening against the shockwave. "So he does wield this much power..", Rhiyou thinks to himself as the two attacks clash against each other. But in an instant, the shockwave flashed a hue of white across its surfaces. "That's my chance!!!", Rhiyou yells as he dhases towards the wolf spirit. He could see how the shockwave towered completely over his wofl summon. But his summon was powerful as well. INstantaneously, Rhiyou merged with the wolf spirit, forcing it to glow a shade of green and blue. This seemed to empower the spirit even more as The Wolf roared to life. "Let's do it!!!!", Rhiyou roars as the wofl spirit blasts through the dense, aggressive walls of the shockwave. As he neared Kanshisha, he clenched his fists as the wolf spirit merged with his aura. "TIME TO DIE!!!!!", he roars {ooc: ok, tenn. time to end it. }

Posts: 1675 Mar 27 03 9:39 AM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	(ooc: I have to make you guys aware that I will not be online the day after tomorrow, and possibly not tomorrow either, and thus will be unable to post. If necessary, I give Jihon permission to do some god-modding to stop Soul Reaver getting killed or just standing around, twiddling his thumbs.) As Zera begins unmasking the foes, Soul Reaver sees the flickering images of his foe's spirits ahead of him. Though his eyes cannot see them, his inner self now can. The stone corner of the wall of the alleyway explodes into gravel as a crimson, metallic object comes spinning out from behind it. It is Blooddrinker. The sword curves in mid-air, slicing through apparently empty space - but causing one Aku after another to fall, their bodies carved open by the passage of the blade. At the same time, Soul Reaver leaps out from behind the now-ruined wall, landing infront of a still-hidden Aku and almost mashing his face into paste with a mighty punch. His body seems to materialize out of nothiness as it falls to the ground. Soul Reaver quickly dodges an arrow and then reaches out with his right hand just as Blooddrinker returns, landing in his palm with a clang. He then leaps further into the fray, intending to give the cowards the death they deserve.

Posts: 0 Mar 27 03 3:15 PM More My Recent Posts	Thisias raises the ground around some of the exposed Aku and smashes them as they are enveloped in the steel. "Die Villian!" Thisias launches his bone blade into his ready hand and cuts one of the nearby Aku in half... "Too easy!" Thisias takes to flight and looks out across the desert. Several arrows fly past his head, but he dodges them quickly enough. He sees the army of the Matri Vihar popping from the ground in hordes... "Finally, they have come...." Meanwhile Jihon is on the ground dodgeing arrows... He hears a womans voice and stops dead in his tracks... "Hello JIhon..." Jihon turns to face the mask of revenge staring coldly into his face... An almost lifeless smile forms inside the cut out area for the chin and the mouth. Jihon stops dead... "Cryokus.... I should have known that you would be alive..." JIhon stops... Jihon:You won't con me this time... Cryockus: I haven't come to con you... Hah! I came to tell you that there is far more to this situation than the bastard child tells you... That is all... Now, I will go and lead this army to a well earned victory against this commune of metal mancing hippies... Jihon: BITCH! Jihon swings the blade at her, but he image blurs and the sword passes right through. She smiles and is gone... "Damnit!" Just then a large metalic foot steps next to Jihon. The weight of it caves in a section of the ground. It's stone eyes gaze forward as it steps over the wall... Thisias looks down on the site and smiles... "Gollums.. They have summoned the steel gollums..." <b> "I am the damned child... The legacy of shame... Yet... I fight... I will continue in my fathers footsteps... whether I am accepted or not..."</b>

Posts: 232 Mar 27 03 4:53 PM Alter-Ego Character More My Recent Posts	OOC: Damn, gotta check boards more often As the arrows start flying over the wall, Deravon doesn't even bother really trying to dodge them. He steps to the side and dodges some, but many of them hit him, some harmlessly bouncing off, others doing nothing more then a pen knife might do. As the arrows change in to snakes, Deravon begins crushing them under his feet, the dying hisses being very satisfying to the vampire. He then watches a women (Zera) begin "unmasking" the Aku's. A devilish grin spreads across the Methuselahs face as a cackle eminates from his lips. "This is what I have been waiting for, the chance for some real blood shed." As the Aku's begin appearing, Deravons hands form in to claws. He then charges in to the midst of a group of the cowards. All of a sudden screams can be heard as limbs begin flying everywhere as Deravon literally digs in to the poor bastards, giving them almost no chance of survival. After he has hopelessly slaughtered the first group, Deravon spots a lone Aku. The aku's eyes grow large as he sees the massive, blood covered being gaze at him. The aku then starts off at a dead out run, but it doesnt matter for out of no where, Deravons massive form blocks his path as the Aku feels a massive hand grabs a hold of him. The man screams as Deravon raises the body up to his mouth. All them an feels is a quick pain as Deravons teeth sink in to his neck. Before long the mans quivereing body hangs limp, all of his blood drained from his corpse. Deravon then licks his lips, drops the corpse in the ground, and as if to add insult to injury, crushes the corpses head in to the ground, splattering brain tissue and skull fragments over the street. After he has done this, Deravon waits for more men to be unveiled for him to slaughter. ~Cry havoc and let loose the dogs of War!!~

A grin forms on his face as he charges at them with ferocious speed. The two Aku have prepared themselves for the attack, but Kith sees right through them. He sidesteps the first stab of a dagger, then knocks it out of the man's hand with a quick chop. Not wasting any time, he swings his other fist at the man's head, sending him headfirst into the other Aku. The two bump heads. The one that was punched lies motionless on the ground, blood trickling out of his ears and mouth. The Aku left standing charges at Kith. Sensing what his next move will be Kith counters before the man executes it, catching him off guard. His shin smashed into the man's side, knocking him slightly off balance and to the right a few feet. The man staggers then falls to his knees, his backbone apparently bent into quite an unnatural shape. Another kick to the face breaks the man's neck and sends him tumbling through the air and into the wall behind him. The tiny skeleton stands inside it's little magic shield, chanting words of magic with the lips that would be there except for the fact that its a skeleton. Targetting a mischevious Aku readying to get the jump on Zera, it launches the spell at the woman. The Aku warrioress's arms come together and are bound by a glowing yellow rope, the same happens to her legs. The Aku woman falls to the ground, bound at the hands and feet. She tries to wiggle out of them, but to no avail. The rope melts into one solid magical energy, then spreads over the woman's body until it covers her completely. The glowing figure then explodes with shreds of magical energy and chunks of fried body parts flying in all directions. The tiny skeleton begins to chant another spell while still under the protection of its magical barrier, while Kith searches out more foolish Aku that would cross his path.

Posts: 545 Mar 29 03 10:58 PM Recruit More My Recent Posts	((OOC: Acky, I need to start posting more O_O;;; Ive been meaning to for awhile but time hasnt allowed it. >.<)) Yue lets out a small gasp in shock as shes suddenly pulled down out of the way of the flying arrows. She glances around at all the chaos, still being in a state of confusion. Errwow, perfect timing, hey? She says sarcastically before raising a glowing red hand above her head, the arrows that near her instantly ignite into flames and than fall to the ground as ashes. Yue lowers her hand back down when Zera steps up and starts to reveal their enemies. She smiles and pulls herself up from off the floor while dodging a couple arrows. Yue grabs the closest Aku by the arm before he has a chance to do anything. You know, you kinda remind me of someone whos also arrow-happy She smirks and delivers a swift punch to the Akus stomach, making him double over in pain. Than reaching down to her belt, she unsheathes her sword and drives it into the back of the Akus neck. When she pulls it out again, the lifeless body falls limply to the ground. We are not living, but merely existing out of the fear of dying. ~Yue Kurine

Posts: 1675 Mar 30 03 9:32 AM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	(ooc: Uh, Jihon, I'm guessing you mean 'Golems' and not 'Gollums'. Gollums are small, humanoid, almost bald-headed critters that are addicted to cursed rings. :P) Soul Reaver leaps back from a corpse as an arrow glances harmlessly off his armour. If anyone were to look closely, they might see something smouldering in his eyes... some sort of anger that is not normally there, still restrained, but present. A wide swing with Blooddrinker takes a slice out of the body of an Aku warrior as massive metallic golems appear near the battlefield. With a sudden whoosh, a ball of flame flies from Soul Reaver's left and and lands in the midst of a mass of Aku archers. It explodes noisly into a scorching cloud of fire. Several Aku stumble out from it, screaming as they flail their arms, their bodies wreathed in flame. Soul Reaver fights mercilessly and precisely against the enemy horde. Hopefully these Aku will soon give in...

Here comes the climax. )) Kanshisha widened his eyes with amazement at the display of strength that Rhiyou had shown. But he would not be defeated by this ominous vampire. Now was the time to separate the men from the boys. And Kanshisha was well past his childhood. "BACK OFF!!!!!", he roared as Grandiel sheathed itself within his arm. At the moment the blade completely returned into Kansihsa's arm, the ground charged with dimensional energies as it quaked the marble floors and shattered the stone and iron pillars within the courtyard. Kanshisha knew he had but one chance to finish this duel. wait for it... wait for it... wait for it... NOW! At teh very moment Rhiyou came within one centimeter of Kanshisha's vicinity, Kanshisha swiftly grasped Rhiyou by the head with an omnigen charged palm. He lifts the Va,pire above the ground as he shocks him with the dimensional energies and untamaeble forces of the Omnigen gift. "no more bloodshed!!! do you understand?!?!?!?!?!!?!", he howled as both he and Rhiyou are levitated high above the courtyard. And yet, the onslaught continues against the Vampire. demonic and arch angelic forces surround the two, forming a tornado of chaos about them. Kanshisha's eyes flare a bright gold, pulsing the dimensional surges into Rhiyou. ((OOC: Sho, i leave this part up to you..)) He then stops the assault and launches Rhiyou towards the courtyard. Panting with exhaustion, Kanshisha remains in the skies as he watches the Vampire plumet to the ground below.

Posts: 0 Mar 30 03 7:43 PM More My Recent Posts	Shiro dropped to one knee, chest flaring with pain caused by a volley of arrows he couldn't dodge. He stumbled back up to his feet, wincing as he pulled the arrows from his body. From out of the holes Bloodworms writhed, knitting the flesh and organs, which were damaged from the attack, back together again. Shiro still didn't like the bloody things, even thought the kept him from going off into the darkness when there were still things to do. They looked like maggots flowing out of a corpse and added to the feeling that Shiro dreaded: He would never die. Shiro dodged an attack made by another archer who chose to finish him off at close quarters. The ninja chose then to dispence some retributive justice onto the Aku by pulling his Colt out. The old .45 caliber automatic barked fire, sending the archer flying off his feet and landing in a sick wet thump. His blood splattered against the walls and ground. Standing tall, Shiro droped the empty gun into his shadow before walking off, looking to put a few more Aku into an early grave.

He dooesn't run too far, but once he is out of site he opens a large hatch and begins to climb down a seemingly endless stairway. "What?" Jihon shouts over the sound of the battle but his call goes unheard. "Come on guys! We have to follow him!" Jihon reaches into his pocket and pushes a button on a small remote device. "We don't stand a snowballs chance in hell out here!" Jihon looks up at the almost solid wall. <b> "I am the damned child... The legacy of shame... Yet... I fight... I will continue in my fathers footsteps... whether I am accepted or not..."</b>

He hears Jihon shout to follow Thisias, where ever he is. Ok, Thisias is a big powerful guy, he shouldn't be too hard to track. Everything around him comes into a better focus as he concentrates on his surroundings. In a wide arc he begins to search throughout the city for Thisias's energy patterns. Is that him? Yes, it couldn't be anyone else, the others are in the fray along with me. A swift hand armed with a dagger lunges in towards Kith's midsection. The tip of the weapon hits, not even piercing into the surface of his skin. The weapon scrapes sideways, having nowhere else to go. The Aku weilding the dagger gasps in shock, leaving just enough time for Kith to grab him by the back of the neck and to toss him over the wall. "Don't try that again," he mutters under his breath. That didn't even hurt me... I suppose that guy was right... Neat. With a big grin on his face he turns and breaks out into a sprint towards Thisias. The tiny skeleton blasts an approaching Aku with a fireball then follows after Kitharsis.

Posts: 232 Mar 31 03 6:59 PM Alter-Ego Character More My Recent Posts	As Deravon rips in to the Aku, he hears Jihon shout to follow Thisias just as he sees Thisias running down an alley. "You've got to fucking be kidding me! We finally get in to a brawl and we chicken out and run!! This is fucking unbelievable!!" As he says this, he sends his fist in to an Akus face, splattering brain matter all over his fist. The thought of having to actually RUN from a fight seems to have infuriated Deravon because he remains where he is, and continues shredding the Aku apart, slowly creating a pile of limbs and caracasses, the blood flowing all over the street. Soon though the Aku become too much, and Deravon decides it is time to leave. He bends down to the ground and leaps up in to the air, landing on the other side fo the mass of Akus, and heads down the ally after the others. "I really hope you guys dont make this a habit, running away from fights." Deravon then licks some of the blood off of his face. "Hmmm, not bad." ~Cry havoc and let loose the dogs of War!!~

An after-image of a black figure can be seen for a second before another Aku splits in half and explodes, sending gore everywhere. Another blurred image appears directly beside Soul. This image solidifies into a figure wearingn a black trenchcoat that is buttoned up to his neck. He is crouched in a fighting stance with his sword gripped neatly in both hands. Smoke rolls off of the glowing orange blade of the weapon. Cameron glances at Soul Reaver, his black sunglasses covering his blazing orange eyes. "Soul! We need to talk!" ((OOC: You know you missed me. ))

Posts: 1328 Apr 1 03 6:24 AM Major More My Recent Posts	Keseno looks up after a short period of ducking arrows. he stands up letting the arrows bounce of his ancient armour. his demonic aura swirls to life, letting a low rumble as it twists around his body. " No more play. Just death " Keseno fades out of sight appearing infront of an Aku, hoving slightly in the air and looming over him. " Hi " He says with a sly grin as he unsheethes his sword with a clean slash across the aku's chest, Back flipping a few metres he lets out a battle cry, his aura and energy pummeling the ground, turning his sight to another aku, grinning deviously. He runs towards the Aku disappearing and reappearing on different places until he is close enough to swing shenba horizontally. with a fat plump, the top half of the Aku drops tot he ground. Keseno swings around before the aku has a chance to gather whats left of himself, keseno performs a sideways flip creating a long deep slice down the aku's head and torso. Keseno stops attacking, ignoring any arrows that get dissolved in his barriar. he stops as jihon yells out to everyone to follow Thisias. " Just when it was getting fun, oh well " Keseno quickly sheeths shenba, slowly looking around the area, concentrating on thisias's energy. " there " quickly planes shifting to the catacombs stairs, keseno hovers down the steep stairs following Kith and Thisias <<Kawanua>> My Heart belongs to one woman, and only she can cure the burden that i carry within me. Posts: 1675 Apr 1 03 6:24 AM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	Soul Reaver scowls as he is asked to withdraw. Blasting a nearby Aku to the ground with an emerald-coloured Power Bolt, he takes a step back. An arrow whizzes towards his head, and disappears in a blast of splinters as Blooddrinker whips up to parry it. I am not keen to retreat from such filth, but their numbers pose a problem... and if we delay, we may lose Thisias. As he begins withdrawing, Clutchfiend suddenly makes a gory entrace. Soul Reaver gives a thin smile at his arrival. Still fighting, he says, "Greetings, Clutchfiend. Forgive me for not welcoming you more respectfully, but the current circumstances make this difficult." An Aku warrior leaps at him with a thin stiletto in hand. Soul Reaver grunts slightly as he sidesteps and drives Blooddrinker's blade halfway through the body of the warrior. It slides out cleanly, the blood rapidly disappearing from the blade. Still retreating towards the catacombs, he says, "Speak your mind, Clutchfiend. I am listening."

"Well, I have a number of different questions about what these things are, but that can wait. I need your help. You remember the Chaos Marines that we fought back on Kelvaris?"
