((OOC: Fei....I just checked all 3 of my e-mail accounts. And got nothing. Where is it?
I'm not waiting. Here is the post I had planned for this situation. ))
As Arhra and the Eldar warriors appear, the buisnessman's mouth drops open. He quickly takes a step back, drawing what looked to be a military issue automatic pistol from his jacket and leveling it at Arhra just as the rest of his warriors vanish. He puts his free hand up to his ear piece.
"All units...We've got hostiles! Move in immediately!"
The buisnessman flips a dial on his earpiece, switching frequencies.
"Attention any nearby IA forces....this is Extraction Team Alpha. We have an incursion at the extraction point. Requesting Marine backup, I repeat...we have an incursion at the extraction point, requesting Marine backup."
As the buisnessman finishes speaking, 20 Imperial Guardsmen rush in from behind him, leveling assault rifles at Arhra. Another 20 soldiers rush in from the opposite side and do the same.
The soldier at the airport was just lighting up a 4th cigarrette when the message from his commander came through on his radio.
""All units...We've got hostiles! Move in immediately!"The soldier forgets all about the cigarrete as he jumps up and grabs a signal flare that was sitting behind him. He quickly pulls the cap off the top and holds the now lit flare up in the air, releasing a plume of red smoke. He stares down at the airport as he waves the flare.
Down at the airport, a man who appears to be an airport security guard leans on the side of a large square building. He's been watching a nearby rooftop for almost an hour now, waiting for the signal. Suddenly it comes...a plume of smoke rising from the top of the building, but something is wrong. The signal was supposed to be a green flare, but this one is red. Red means that something's gone wrong. The man quickly rushes into a nearby door and slams it behind him.
Seconds later, the roof of the building opens, and a blood red Thunderhawk gunship lifts off from inside it. It turns toward the center of town, and blasts towards the extraction point.
10 miles out of town, at a small Ultramarines outpost, a Marine quickly runs up to his commander.
"Sir! We just recorded this transmission!"
The commander takes the headset and puts it on. The recorded transmission was a few minutes old, and the marine had put it on a loop.
".....nearby IA forces....this is Extraction Team Alpha. We have an incursion at the extraction point. Requesting Marine backup, I repeat...we have an incursion at the extraction point....."The Marine whips off the headset and begins barking orders.
"All troops! Suit up! Get the Thunderhawk ready to move! GO! GO! GO!"
The outpost suddenly bursts to life as the Marines prepare to move...
