He truns around and walks up the ramp, his heavy boots clanking as he steps. His cape blows in the wind and wraps around his face. "This is not my day!" He rips it off and fires a small energy ball desintegrating it to dust. "Damn thing!" He steps into the ship. <b> "I am the damned child... The legacy of shame... Yet... I fight... I will continue in my fathers footsteps... whether I am accepted or not..."</b>

I will as soon as I can.) Soul Reaver sits himself down at inside the Thuderhawk. He notes Danyael keeping a close eye on him, but does nothing. Instead, he waits in discomfort for the Thunderhawk to lift off.

Posts: 132 Jul 10 03 8:45 AM Recruit More My Recent Posts	{ooc: don't bother. It's really not that important anyway.} Rhiyou takes note to the fellow warriors docking the Thunderhawk. Yet he does not see Danyael moving from his spot atop the hilltop. "I wonder why he's just sitting there.", he says as he rubs his chin. "Take a closer look, old friend. He's not sitting there. He's keeping vigil on someone.", Arhra says as he indicates Danyael's behavior. As Rhiyou takes a closer look, he notices that Danyael is keeping tabs on the Dark Warrior, Soul Reaver. "Oh dear. This won't bode well for the campaign.", he says as he looks to the ground and slowly shakes his head in ponderance. "Well, i'm going.", he says as he pushes off of the tree and approaches the thunderhawk. He can still hear Arhra's voice as he walks off. "I suppose it is time to come out of hiding.", Arhra says with a sigh. A small vibrating noise can be heard from within a 6 yard radius between the thunderhawk and the tree within the park. A delicate wind blows across the armor of the thunderhawk as the leaves pick up in speed in a whirlwind of dirt and grass. As the whirlwind dies down, a figure slowly materializes into reality as he is perched perfectly atop the wing of the thunderhawk. The figure was none other than Arhra as he walks up the wing to the top of the ship, and looks down at the now boarding crew. "Ah...More lambs to the slaughter, i guess.", he says with a shrug as he flips down landing in a kneeled position and enters the thunderhawk. He knew the marines would not take his presence lightly, yet that fact did not intimidate, nor worry him in the least as he took his seat, crossed his arms and folded on leg over another. In his now comfy position, he closes his eyes and awaits the lift off of the ship.

Posts: 978 Jul 10 03 12:47 PM [Insert Custom Rank Here] Colonel More My Recent Posts	As the thunderhawk thunders in, Kitharsis eyes it up. With a satisfied nod he motions to his minions. The small skeletons jump up and gather around him. "Lets get on this contraption. But if I knew we'd be traveling in this manner I would have brought my own." The skeletons nod as they glance at each other. They arrange themselves in the two single file lines of three once again as they follow Kitharsis into the ship. He takes a seat opposite of Soul Reaver his skeletons sitting on either side of himself. "I have lost no respect for you, my friend. We all have our breaking points, sometimes they snap more easily than usual. If you would ever need help with... things, let me know." Kith then smiles slightly, letting Soul Reaver know that he still has at least one friend with him. >-------------------------------Meanwhile------------------------------------< Kelvack eyes the ship with mixed emotions. A frown carves itself on his face. He looks like he is straining for something. Stepping away from his new friend, he motions for him to stay back. Suddenly, he arcs his back and flails his limbs. In an explosion of fur and dust his body springs back to his human form, even his tail has fallen off. Red hair on pale skin, red eyes and white pants with a red cloth holding them up at the waist is in the place of the monkey. Red cloth grows out of his skin and wraps around his arms from his elbow down, stopping at his knuckles. He wears no shoes. He looks towards his new pal with saddness in his eyes. "Sorry friend. It is very hard to maintain that form when I'm at one hundred percent. Now lets get on this contraption, your buddy over there can come too." Kelvack walks towards the thunderhawk. Small shockwaves that expand to the size of a dinnerplate form with each step he takes.

As everyone starts to board the ship, Yue stands up from the bench and follows Once inside, she glances around and spots Soul Reaver. With what just happened it seemed to her like he should know that his friends are still there. Her feelings about him hadnt changed. Yue approaches him and speaks just loud enough so that he can hear her over the sound of the ship. Dont worry, I still hold the same respect for you as I always have. Youre still the same person you were before. You havent changed. She smiles and than walks past him and takes a seat, shifting the belt across her waist to make sitting more comforable. Chris looks up at the large ship as it arrives. He gives a sigh and stands back from the tree. Well, bout time we start moving. He follows Yue onto the ship and glances around, traveling by ship wasnt his favorite but he wasnt one to complain at least not too much. Not knowing many people, he walks over and takes a empty seat next to a guy with some tiny skeletons. He looks down at them, a small smile forming on his face before turning to Kitharsis. Nice friends you have there. We are not living, but merely existing out of the fear of dying. ~Yue Kurine

He begins walking towards the Thunder hawk. Sera already following him after her small help with soul. Finally Kawanua reaches the ship. His boots making little sound on the steel gratings which is unusual. He finds a seat next to soul and makes himself comfortable. He remains quiet knowing Soul probably does not want to speak. Sera walks onto the ship ignoring Danyael and Rhiyou. She walks up to tamrissa and sits next to tamrissa quietly.(where ever tamrissa sat) Making no sound, already busy with things of her own. Jharms post After seeing that Soul Reaver has regained control of himself, the angel flies back to the park and watches as the Thunderhawk lands. He then listens to what Lt. Davidson has to say. "I promised I would see this through to the end, so lets go." The angel then heads up the ramp, his boots hardly making a sound on the steel floor. He then takes a seat and waits for the ship to take off. Deravons post The Vampire silently watches the Thunderhawk come roaring out of the sky and land. He then half-listens to what Lt. Davidson has to say. "Ok, enough with all this shit, lets just get a move on." The Methuselah then walks into the ship, causing any nearby marines to eye him nervously as they are hit by a wave of extreme cold. The vampire then takes a seat in a corner farthest from the rest of the group. "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End" Revelations 21:6

Posts: 3771 Jul 10 03 8:13 PM Angel of Redemption God-General More My Recent Posts	((OOC: If I missed anyone, just pist and say you got on the ship before it took off. )) As the Dark Eldar boards the ship, Davidson frowns. I don't know how well the commander is going to like that.... The ship closes up, and Davidson takes a seat. The ship lifts off, and has soon left the atmosphere of the planet. As it hurtles along, Davidson begins to speak. "we can't create our own gates. That would be too obvious. However, the Chaos have no way of monitoring the freestanding gates that connect the major planets of the Imperial system. We will use them." Within minutes, the ship is within view of a massive ring of titanium covered with emmitters and attached to huge warp engines. A large transmitter is connected to a small space station nearby. As the Thunderhawk approaches, it passes through a scanner, is cleared by security, and approaches the empty circle. As the ship gets closer, the emmitters on the ring light up, the warp engines roar to life, and suddenly, a huge warp gate is torn open within the ring. The Thunderhawk enters the gate and is quickly hurtled through the warp, soon emering through another ring that hangs above a large red planet. Dosens of other ships of various shapes and sizes hover around the ring, awaiting their turn. As the Thunderhawk's Marine pilots navigate through the traffic, Davidson speaks again. "Welcome to Mars."

I hope your help will not be needed..." To himself, though, he thinks, but I fear it may be... Yue's words also draw a thanks from the warrior. Yet again, though, he doubts... is he really the same as he was before? Already for over a year, he has been feeling... different.

Posts: 518 Jul 11 03 6:42 AM Lieutenant More My Recent Posts	((ooc: clutch, i think you know why i couldn't post last night so i'm going to post what i intended to yesturday.... we also need to talk whenever you have the time....)) As Danyael watches everyone finally board the vessel ((ooc: everyone?)), he gets up silently and stares down at the thunderhawk from the hilltop. He catches notice of Sera pretending to ignore him and he shrugs. "...Am i ever going to understand women?", he says as he looks to the sky in a sarcastic manner. He notices a familiar aura in the shadows, but remains calm and pretends as if it were invisible for the time being. Just as the last member boarded the vessel, Danyael leaped high into the air, and quietly landed in a kneeled position directly infront of the entrance to the thunderhawk. As he gets up, he notices that the only available seats are with Kawanua and Soul, the available ones being on Soul's side. "....Kuso...", he curses under his breath as he reluctantly approaches the seats and sits down, unknowingly he poises himself to sit in the exact same manner as Arhra: One leg crossed over the other, Arms crossed, eyes closed. He feels the jolt as the thunderhawk lifts off and exits the planet's atmosphere. As Davidson speaks of the warp, Thoughts of the gateways of sanctuary empire came to Danyael's mind. ...hmmm...the wormholes of the empire are much different than the warp gates that they use..I wonder if that should prove helpful or not... As he thinks, he feels an eerie, omnipresent ((ooc: yes, everywhere)) aura that is within the ship. The aura is not hostile in nature, but highly intense towards Danyael's psychic persona. Danyael's eyes jut open as he hears Davidson speak his inviting statement. [Welcome to Mars]

"Thankyou, I guess. They were created to build my space ship and once that was finished, I decided to keep them around. Fierce little mages, and sturdy as an ox too. But they do draw quite a bit of attention." The skeletons look at Kitharsis, then at each other. Shrugging, they all turn back towards Chirs. "My name is Kitharsis, and what might you be called?" >----------------Meanwhile-------------------< Kelvack looks behind him one last time to see if is new friend was coming along. But not wanting to be left behind, he walks up the ramp into the ship, his bare feet making very loud thuds as he walks on the metal. He sits down in the middle of the floor with his legs crossed. He still seems restless.

Watching Arhra closely, Rhiyou stands and vanishes from the park, rematerializing in a seat adjacent to Arhra. As he awaits the arrival to their unexposed destination, Rhiyou asks the businessman, now known as davidson about the warps and how they could ot yet create their own. Before he could address Davidson with an inquiry, he looks out the canope, only to see a magnificent space fortress. ((ooc: did i get that right?)) "Very fascinating.", eh says as he looks the fortress over from the view of the thunder hawk. Arhra lets out a small chuckle as he listens to Rhiyou speak of awe of the structure. "....Terran architecture... Primitive, yet impressive...", he says, not intending to insult, but to compliment. Despite the fact that he looked down on Terrans, Arhra still knew skill and intelligence when noticed. And the Terrans were no exception. ((ooc: short, yet effictive.))

By know, he knows all too well how Danyael's feelings towards him have changed. He thinks it best not to speak to him, knowing that anything he might say would undoubtably be twisted into something cruel-sounding by Danyael's anger towards him. Hopefully he could redeem himself in his companion's eyes with his future actions... though if he fails, it would not be for the first time...

Posts: 3771 Jul 12 03 1:00 PM Angel of Redemption God-General More My Recent Posts	The Thunderhawk quickly enters the thin atmosphere of the red planet. A few minutes later, it is near ground level, headed towards what looks to be an abandonded warehouse. A hatch opens on the roof, and the Thunderhawk lowers inside and lands. The hatch closes, and fresh air is quickly pumped into the hangar where the Thunderhawk now sits. Davidson waits till he hears the thud that signifies closing of the airlocks, and then opens the back hatch of the Thunderhawk. The two Marines have already gotten out of the cockpit, and they quickly flank Davidson, their armoured footfalls echoing in the large hangar. Davidson gestures for the companions to follow as he and the two marines make for a large set of doors at the end of the poorly lit chamber.

Posts: 518 Jul 13 03 9:53 AM Lieutenant More My Recent Posts	((ooc: humm...so much enthusiasm here nowadays.....)) As Danyael unbuckles his seat belt he takes a swift look at Soul, then at Sera and then walks out of the thunderhawk. As he percieves his new surroundings, he scans the room over thuroughly. "Boring so far...If it gets anymore boring, i'm gonna ahve to leave here to protect something worth while...", he says under his breath in a cynical manner, depicting his irritation in how everything has unravelled so far. Thoughts still linger on gale, however, but not as much as before since he now knew that the Kinjite was back, secure in the capital. Walking out further, he follows davidson and the two marines, keeping close eyes on all three, aswell as Soul. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Meanwhile Back at the capital~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Gale awakens in the main citadel of the Kinjite Order. He is in his chamber, awakening to notice several bandages wrapped around his waist, chest and arms. As he tries to sit up further, he bends over in pain. Jandra enters, only to see the young Gale attempting to get up. "No! You have to rest!", she exclaims as he dashes over to Gale, laying him back down. "I have to get back!", Gale defensively argues back to Jandra, but the female Kinjite is nto affected by Gale's words as she shakes her head and lays him back down. "Your wounds are still healing! If you go, then they will open up again! And i don't know if the master can bring you back a second time!", she argues back to Gale. Gale stops for a moment from trying to get up and remembers his death. Remebering what happened in the building. With a small exhale of exhaustion, Gale leans back into the large, circular bed, placing his head amongst the many large, silken pillows. "You're right. I need to rest.", he finally agrees with Jandra, relaxing his body. Jandra lets out a sigh of relief as she places her hand against her forehead. As soon as she can see that Gake is now alseep once again, She walks out of the room, wiping the perspiration from her face. Gale lets out a moan as he rolls over in his bed, speaking in his sleep."Sire...please...protect....Kawanua's....dau..ghter...."

His skeletons stand rigid around him, ready to attack or defend. >------------------------------Meanwhile---------------------------< Kelvack waits until Soul Reaver and Danyael walk over him to stand from his sitting position in the middle of the aisle. Shrugging, he follows after them into the poorly lit hangar. "What? No fireworks? The heroes are here and we don't even get welcomed. Well, I suppose there will be enough fireworks during battle... But why wait?" From behind his back Kelvack pulls out a handfull of fireworks from out of nowhere. Chuckling as he runs, he places the fireworks a few feet apart fom each other on the ground. Satisfied that everything was in order, he stands at the front of the line and points fowards with his left hand. A spark jumps from his fingetip onto the fuse of the first firework. Once it is lit the spark bounces onto the next firework in the row. "Here it goes!" A small explosion shoots the first firework into the air, but below the roof as to not cause any uneeded damage. It explodes and sends green sparks in all directions that fade out as soon as they had flared to life. The next one in the row shoots into the air and explodes in a purple color. Then the next in a red, then blue, yellow, orange, and finally a huge rainbow one that lights up the entire hangar. "Woo hoo!"

Upon seeing the fireworks, Davidson buries his face in one hand. "You know, we landed the whole way out here for a reason. We're trying to not alert anyone that we're here. Fireworks don't really help us accomplish that goal." Davidson and the marines turn and finish walking to the double doors. Davidson presses a button, and the doors slide open with a loud grating sound, revealing a large freight elevator. The marines step inside and turn, waiting for the companions to follow.
