Posts: 1675 Oct 28 03 6:09 AM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	Natalya starts as the wall suddenly ruptures, and she graps her staff fearfully when she sees the genestealer's pouring through. Seeing Tamrissa directly in their path, her eyes widen. "Oh no!" Lowering her staff to aim at the genestealers, she sprints as fast as her ankle will allow her towards Tamrissa. As she runs, the moisture in the air around her crystallizes into snowflakes as she summons her powers again. "STAY BACK!" Pointing the staff forward, with a snarl of her face, she unleashes jet of sub-zero cold towards oncoming Genestealers. The blast spreads out into a blue cloud that spreads over the ground for several metres in front of Tamrissa. With an audible cracking, tinkling sound, the ground freezes into a sheet of solid ice. Several genestealers who were running into this area find their feet frozen to the ground, and their advance halted as they fall straight forward. They have to struggle to free their feet from the ice, buying valuable time. The Genestealers slightly further behind cannot halt their momentum and run straight onto the slick layer. They find themselves scrabbling for purchase on the sheer, smooth ice, making any further progress extremely difficult. However, the ice will not offer much protection, since the other genestealers are already racing around its perimeter, now planning to assault not only Tamrissa... but also Natalya...

Posts: 978 Oct 28 03 9:45 AM [Insert Custom Rank Here] Colonel More My Recent Posts	Kitharsis had observed his surroundings, and he did not like what he saw. Apparently the two mercanaries from before had returned... and died? Sera was with them, but she was losing energy rapidly... "All of you stand close to me!" He orders his skeletons. Once the last warrior get close enough, the sand underneath Kitharsis and his skeletons swallows them up. A few moments later they surface not far from Sera. The skeletons dust themselves off from their sandy voyage, but Kitharsis relishes the energy of the desert on his body. He quickly surveys the scene, realizing that Sera was only lying there while the genestealers were advancing on her. "Form a circle around us. I will try and help her." His skeletons nod. The seven warriors circle around them with the mages making a smaller circle inside of the warriors' one. Kitharsis rushes over to Sera, careful not to touch her as to not further her wounds. "Sera, can you hear me?! Don't give up! I have no healing powers, but you do. My skeletons and I are protecting you. You have all the time in the world." Around them the skeletons have a burst of strength as Kitharsis feeds them more energy. Their Kamas find their marks more times than not and the mages magic crash into any genestealers gaining the upper hand. Kitharsis knew that he could not keep using so much of his pure energy like this. The amount left in his body was decreasing rapidly. Hopefully the desert will be enough to combat the Tyranids...

Posts: 739 Oct 28 03 4:07 PM Seraphim Captain More My Recent Posts	As the gargoyles are being pre-occupied by Tamrissa, a figure goes flying through them. A lone gargoyle goes tumbling to the ground, a wing having been sliced off by Jharm. Of course this causes many of the gargoyles to realize that there is an enemy flying among them now. Before Jharm knows what is happening, 5 gargoyles are flying at him. Right as one nears the angel, Jharm releases a blinding flash of light directly into the beasts eyes, blinding it and causing it to fly past him and slam into another gargoyle,causing the two to become slightly entangled. But while this happens, another gargoyle manages to get in an attack on the Seraphim, leaving a gash on the angels arm. "You will pay for that demon!!" Jharm then proceeds to embed his angelic blade into the gargoyles cranium, killing it instantly. He then swings his sword, dead gargoyle and all at yet another flying beast, causing the corpse to go sailing into the creature, followed shortly by the blade, killing the other gargoyle, causing 2 gargoyle corpses to fall to the ground, lifeless. The two other gargoyles that were entangled, finally seperate themselves and face Jharm. Before he can do anything, they do another flame wave attack, burning the angel moderatly. But what the gargoyles didnt realize is that one of their bretheren was behind Jharm, and that they just toasted him to a fine crisp. After seeing their comrade fall to the ground, and realize what they did, the 2 gargoyles become enraged. They lunge at the Seraphim, intent on tearing his holy heart out and feasting on it. All the angel does is raise his palm towards the oncoming beasts, and begin to chant a prayer. All of a sudden, both creatures burst in to holy flame and explode into dust. "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End" Revelations 21:6

Posts: 2848 Oct 28 03 7:55 PM Prince of Nooses Colonel More My Recent Posts	"Heh, Just Great." Fei murmurs with a glare as his attack appears to be a decieving plan to have Tamrissa Killed. As the wall opens up a way through, the slender man dashes forward. His Right hand outstretched to right side piercing the air like water as he charges forward in Tamrissa's Direction. Coming to a complete stop instantly, his arm whips forward. The Air Splits and flows like water, sending a whirling orb of wind. As the Orb approaches the genestealers it seems to reach out and throw them around with a great force. As proof, several Genestealers get whipped against the wall and their carapace gets shattered from their soft, fleshy insides that tear open pooring organs to the ground like a broken egg shell as they splash in purple patterns. The Genestealers that came in contact with the orb are instantly sucked inside of the translucent vortex within and are spun and crushed rapidly inside of it. Soon, the Vortex fills up with Genestealers and begins to slow down in momentum forward. Holding in one spot the orb spins violently, a purple filling within it's core. Suddenly, the orb breaks letting a violent wave in reality ripple across the immediate area harmlessly. Everything within the sphere suddenly falls to the ground in a slimy mess. "Hmmm... There has to be another way to beat these creatures.." Fei scans over the area noticing the monsterous creatures. His eyes darting to The Big One, the Hive Tyrant. "There she is. She's the one controlling them all.." With a twist of his body, Fei attempts to get the Hive Tyrants Attention as he sends a jab forward, the rippling cut in the air serving as a slap in the face. Posts: 978 Oct 28 03 8:22 PM [Insert Custom Rank Here] Colonel More My Recent Posts	Kelvack was quite startled once the Tyranid Warrior performed a backflip out of his flaming grasp. He also found his the flames wrapped around his forearms had no effect on the dang creature. But what really startled him was when he saw the claw reaching for his throat. "Let me help you with that!" Suddenly, Kelvack's head detatches itself from his body and rolls a few feet away from him and the Warrior. But as his head was rolling, Kelvack's body was already at work. From his chest, two razor-sharp spikes thrust out of his body. Their path would lead them right through the Warrior's body and out the other side. The head lying not so far from the two of them laughs loudly.
