Posts: 1675 Dec 11 03 3:22 PM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	OOC When Soul Reaver glances back towards the city, he notices that the thick qualms of smoke suddenly fade... then disappear. An illusion? He looks back at Natalya, slowing to a stop. "Strange... it seems the smoke was merely an illusion. I do not know why anyone would conjure up something like that. I will try to see where the illusion is centered." Soul Reaver crouches down and then leaps several metres into the air, landing deftly on top of the wall. A few small flakes of rock break off as he lands and fall to the desert below. He looks down. "Do you have a means of climbing up here? Or do you need help?" From his elevated position, he looks at the area where the smoke seemed to be coming from. He narrows his eyes as he tries to make out details. It seems to have originated from a rock quarry close to the city... there do seem to be some real flames there, and three figures... I think one of them is Danyael... I cannot make out the other two clearly... Then, there is a sudden burst of energy from the quarry, easily visible even from here. Soul Reaver momentarily averts his gaze. When he looks again, only Danyael and one more figure stand there. "I guess whatever is going on there is none of my concern." As he is considering leaping down from the wall, Soul Reaver sees Fei wandering towards the outskirts of the city. His gait seems somewhat... strange. Almost robotic. Soul Reaver decides it may be best to remain here for now and survey the area, keeping his eyes on Gulver in case he should try anything, and on Fei to see if he is alright. He crouches down, cape flapping behind him, and watches.

" Just because you have been cursed to be destructive does not bound to you achieve destructive things. Im quite sure you can help the marines still. Help wound make their way to the medical centre. Find lost items that they may need or would be dangerous for civilians. I don't know... But you control yourself, not the curse... " Kaworu turns back around and leans on the wall near him, he remains silent after a while just examining the battle field. Chris have you seen Kawanua-sensei anywhere? Chris turned to face her; he smiled than thought for a moment about the question. He still didnt know many of these people yet, but the one that had attacked him back when he first arrived in that Everworld place seemed to stick out. He finally shook his head. No, Im sorry, I havent. But Im sure hes safe. He said, trying to sound reassuring. He hadnt seen him since the battle had started and its not like he was really looking for anyone. It wouldnt surprise him if he had died in battle. Perhaps he already returned to the Command Center. That seems to be where a lot of people are heading now. Yue finally nodded, giving a somewhat forced smile. Thanks. I think Ill be heading back there myself. Theres not much left out here anyways. She bowed to him before turning away and heading back towards the Command Center. Around her she watched several events take place with various companions. She was too tired to understand much of what was happening nor did she care much at the moment, so she passed by them. However, despite Chriss words she still couldnt help but feel worried about Kawanua. As she walked the wings protruding from her back shimmered and slowly began to disappear. We are not living, but merely existing out of the fear of dying. ~Yue Kurine

When he turns to look out towards the gate again, the first thing he sees is Kalana standing in front of him. Kalana had been on her way over to Cameron with a very intent look on her face, but now she has stopped moving. She is looking around with a confused look on her face. "Cameron... do you feel that?" Cameron ignores the dull ache in his head from fighting the Tyrant and re-awakens his mental powers. He instantly detects what Kalana was feeling. "Power surges... 3 of them. I can't tell who caused them..." Kalana closes her eyes. "I can. Danyael is fighting someone in the desert. And the third surge was Serumen." Cameron glances at Kalana. "Fei? Where is he?" Kalana strains. "I can't tell. The surges from the two in the desert are fucking with my senses. Serumen's surge came from within the city, but he isn't there now." Cameron shakes his head. "What the hell are they doing?" Garr stands on top of the girders of one of the half built skyscrapers just within the city walls. He's pretty far away from everyone, but he can see Tamrissa and Gulver fine. He watches intently, his jacket blowing in the warm desert breeze.

"Glad to see you're back in control..." unclenching his fists, allowing each of his knuckles to pop with every movement and flex. Too much time was wasting. And Sera had not yet been found. "Let's go, then..." he added wafting his hand upward. A small amount of ground around them began to resonate and they were both enveloped in a whirling sphere of light. The spinning ball closed in on itself, vanishing away from the area. Only a moment later, the sphere reappeared close to where the companions were gathered. Sera was present, thank goodness. And tamrissa was present as well. Why would that be good news? She was still a bitch in every aspect. And then there was another. Looked familiar. But then, didn't look familiar. Felt familiar, but then didn't feel familiar. Whoever this other unknown person was, Danyael paid him no heed as the sphere hovered above one of the buildings, only to dissipate and allow both the tall Nephilim, and the short shapeshifter to land gently on the rooftop. "...... Tam......Rissa...." A low growl or groan is heard through Fei's throat. No glow to his eyes, no grace. Pulling himself up into a sulk, his head raises to look directly at her. His hair falls forward covering up much of his face, leaving any parts exposed in darkness. As if a controlled animal, Fei brings one step forward, his body swaying to the side with each step like a zombie, Or an injured animal in a way. "Do it, Fei... Do it.." Garr reaches into his jacket and pulls out one of the Space Marine's handheld comm devices. He rarely uses this trinket that Cameron gave him, but he sure needs it now. Quickly finding the send button, he jams it in and speaks into it. Cameron's earpiece comes to life in his ear. "Cameron... Tamrissa is due south of you, and that strange individual named Fei is headed straight for her. He is moving as if he was some type of undead creature. I'm going to investigate." Cameron quints as he looks out in the desert. "Garr, you're being paranoid. Fei's a vampire. Of course he looks undead. Quit spying on Tamrissa and... what the hell?" Cameron spots Fei. He's shambling towards Tam with one hand outstretched. "That's not right... he looks like some kind of zombie!" Kalana now looks and sees Fei as well. "What is he doing?" Kalana looks back towards Cameron. Or at least where Cameron used to be. Nothing is there now but a cloud of settling sand. Cameron lands in front of Fei in a crouch, kicking up a huge cloud of loose sand. He stands to his feet and smiles at the approaching figure. "Fei! What's up, man? You feeling alright?"

Upon entering she notices other figures in the room, most likely some of her allies. Yet at this distance, it was hard to tell who they were. So there are others here... She smiles and approaches the group. As she gets closer to them she recognizes one of the figures to be Kitharsis along with his remaining skeletons friends. However, the other figure, she didnt really recognize. Yue stands a short distance from them, her eyes falling on the strange man leaning against the wall. Kawanua-sensei? The girl stares at him for a moment. His aura was similar to that of Kawanua, but he wasnt the same person. No your Kaworu? He sees Clutchfiend land in front of him, but he still has a bad feeling about this. Involuntarily, he begins to finger Blooddrinker's skull-shaped pommel. However, as he does so, a throbbing, dull ache begins to be felt in his left arm. He glances at the wound there and withdraws his hand from Blooddrinker. Soul Reaver was already tensing his body to move in case something were to happen between Fei and Clutchfiend.

She waves a hand abruptly and the portal shuts, her lips turning into a straight line of frustration. Her hands clench into fists as she looks at the dead air in front of her. "What?!" she snaps as Fei calls to her, eyes flashing as she turns to look at him again. She watches him walk towards her, her own feet taking her back a few steps. Vines twist out of the ground near him, spiralling up his body to hold him back. Her expression turns to a scowl. "You stay the hell away from me. I want nothing to do with you. Touch me...or anyone else...and I swear I'll put you in pieces!" Ignoring the presence of Cameron, she draws the mundane sword. This is her fight, her problem and she will end it the hard way if need be...

But now Tamrissa was already sending her vines out at him, and he doesn't think that talking will do him much good. Taking a few steps back, he positions himself between Tamrissa and Fei and stops. She moves up beside him, eyes never leaving Fei. Her lips turn up in a small silent snarl as she speaks to the sidhe in his own tongue. "Lle il'caela natula winya. Lle naa sal'agaryulnar...enga sii' lle yulna coiamin ar' luume'amin ar' cormamin! Amin eleaya lle gurtha ten'oio!" she shakes her head as she speaks, a look of disgust in her eyes. You have not changed. You are still a bloodsucker...except now you suck my life and my time and my heart! I would see you die forever! Her mind goes through all that happened a year ago in the sidhe lands, all that she and Fei had gone through, Willem and his horrible secrets, and Fei's return to the sidhe...she fights to keep her eyes from welling up with tears. No more! She has begun a new life now! It is not his to play with anymore! It is hers! No one else's! "One more step and I will kill you," her voice lowers in a somber tone, almost like a sob is aching to be let loose. "I swear it..."

Posts: 2848 Dec 13 03 12:25 PM Prince of Nooses Colonel More My Recent Posts	Fei pays no mind to Cameron as he tries to negotiate, the dirt flying up at him doing nothing, as the Vines crawl up Fei's legs, Fei continues to press forward, unaware of their presence as they try to hold him back. As the sword points towards him, a sinister grin almost crosses his face as she begins to speak. "Ta... Mrissa........." Is heard lowly in his throat as he continues to press forward, the vines digging into him but not stopping his relentlessness. "Tam....Rissa" he says again, this time more clearly and loudly. His body pauses for a moment before a grin of pure evil crosses his face, seen through the hair as it's suddenly pulled back. "DIE!" With a sudden blur of speed, the vines are torn from Fei in washes of blood as they're forced to let go leaving horrendous gashes in his body that seem to have no effect. In the same instant, Fei is suddenly but a few inches from Tamrissa. Sword infront of her or not, it wasn't stopping him as the sword passes easily through his shoulder piercing through his back. His other hand comes around, cuffed in taking her by the throat and squeezing tightly. (not godmodded) No mercy in his eyes. No Life, no nothing. In all reality it appears not to be him at all. In his other hand, with a sudden Flash is the Yugitti sliding out from his wrist coming forward, the 5 foot long blade of darkness aimed at Tamrissa's solarplexus. The actions were so sudden and so fast, that it gave nobody really a chance to react other then to brace themselves for what may or may not have happened. "DIE!" Echoes through the air in a howl of destruction. OOC ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile, Strings are being pulled from the unknown as a shadowy figure stands, his hands in a fashion of art as he tugs on small strands of darkness, each one controlling a part of Fei like a puppet. "Die!" the shadowy figure speaks, with laughter in his throat, Alex and Mystara on the other hand weren't too far when the spotted the comotion before Fei's attack, they rushed over as fast as they could to see Fei bound and pursuing. "Hmmm, That isn't Fei...." Alex speaks out, but not in time as the attack was commenced. Mystara, on the other hand appears to be frozen in fear, not knowing what to do. Being God 1 Game at a Time. Tam attempts to twist his arm down and away from her, while pulling at the sword in his shoulder. She lets out a mournful, surprised, wide-eyed groan as his blade slides into her belly. Her fingers release the blade of her own hilt and clasp at the hilt of the Yugitti. Lowering her eyes and then her head, she jerkily looks down at the grievous wound. Then she looks back up. "Valina sii'? Leithana sii'?" she tilts her head. You are happy now?You are free now? She holds onto his arm as she drops heavily to her knees. Her fingers then slide from his wrist and she falls to her side. The pupils of her eyes expand and shrink as she tries to focus, the soft glow of her irises fading. Finally, she does not fight the closing fleshy curtain of her eyelids as they clamp down over a distant stare. Kemenhin. Around her a faint voice whispers, sand beginning to stir quietly...

Posts: 1675 Dec 14 03 12:34 AM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	When Fei suddenly pushes past Clutchfiend and pushes past Tamrissa's vines, Soul Reaver gets ready to act. As Fei suddenly lunges forward toward Tamrissa, blade and hand at the ready, Soul Reaver leaps from the top of the wall, words of a spell forming on his lips. Several pieces of rock fall from the wall as Soul Reaver's feet pushes off it. This would require an intense degree of precision to pull off, especially over this distance... Soul Reaver casts a Teleport spell while in mid-air, disappearing amidst a flare of crimson energy. He reappears, almost instantaneously, in the air two metres beside Fei. He can see Fei's blade in Tamrissa's torso, and he feels rage bubbling up within him, but the throbbing in his arm allows him to resist the temptation to draw Blooddrinker. Instead, the falling Soul Reaver sends a vicious two-footed kick at Fei's flank, hoping to knock his old comrade clear of Tamrissa before he can do her any more harm.

Posts: 2848 Dec 14 03 8:29 AM Prince of Nooses Colonel More My Recent Posts	"Very happy....my love...." The sinister voice of Fei speaks out, not even in his own tone, mocking Tamrissa. Like as if it was forced from his lips. As the Blade slides out, Fei is knocked to the side as Soul Reaver kicks him. Not being nearly as graceful as himself, the sidhe performs a rugged roll, the yugitti being pushed into the ground, lifting him up to his feet in 1 clean movement. "All... Must Die now...." Fei's lips part to choke out the accursed words. His right hand coming down, a shadow crawls up Fei's wrist and the Kurusunami slides out. Holding both swords outstretched, blood pouring from his body, he continues. "All must Die!" Upon further investigation to those with the keen eye, it can be seen that Fei's shadow isn't in it's proper location. It always seems to follow behind him. A swirl of sand twirls around Fei up into the air as he becomes nothing more then a Blur. The 2 swords leaving shadows behind their movements as they dance around the celerical man. "That's not him!" Alex yells out before running over to Tamrissa. "Blondie... Hey blondie! Are you okay?" Standing up, Alex draws both of his swords and charges towards Fei. "We have to break the control over him!" "Heh, no chance of that happening.." A voice mutters to himself from the void as he continues to pull the darkened tenticles of the abyss, manipulating Fei's movements from his fingertips.
