He breathes a small sigh of relief as Cameron steps in before the situation could explode any more. I wonder if people think that I am a deamon... I do not look like anything normal, thats for sure. He runs a hand through his shaggy blonde mowhawk, pushing it back but only to have it spring back into place. >----------------------------------Meanwhile-----------------------------------< Kelvack looks at Natalya with a very confused expression. He had forgotten that some of the people he was travelling with were deamons. As Taysir is yanked away, leaving Kelvack and Natalya facing each other, he puts on a dumb grin, hoping she didn't take anything he said personally. "I didn't mean the deamon bashing thing about you. My brain seems to forget things without asking permission to." He shrugs then stands up straight again, hoping that he hadn't offended anyone.

"My Lord, I hate to be imposing, but if he is to remain with us, there should be some kind of established trust." She towards him as she stops since she, herself, doesn't want to be in forceful custody since she has bonded with Soul Reaver. As she turns around she looks at Kelvack and smiles kindly. "What words you spoke, it's in the past.. I'm not like normal daemons, or at least that's what I like to think...." She says to him with a warm smile. "I may be a daemon, but someone," she says as she looks over at Soul Reaver. "Got it through my head that I make myself out to be who I am... Species, sect, whatever... It doesn't really matter when it comes down to it... It's how I make myself and how I interact with others." She says to him. She then looks over at Kitharsis and smiles at him. "I was afraid myself, but there has a be a trust established if he travels with us any farther... And if that's not established early on, then we're all going to paranoid that he's going to do something to any of us... Especially Shenba and myself seeing on how we are deamons.." She says to him shaking her head. "I don't now if I'd have the heart to hurt him.. He has so much rage, some much anger towards my kind... I know I can handle myself, but still, this would be a bit too much." She says to him as she makes her way back over to Soul Reaver. "What do you think his lordship is going to do with him?" She asks him. "Even though he hates my kind, I'm still worried that his lordship may take too rash an action against him. Obviously he has some talent on the battle feild, we could use him as an asset rather than an enemy." She says to him. Natalya then winces in a sharp pain, holding her stomach again. The feeling keeps getting stronger and stronger they they continue on their way. "I'm going to be sick again..." She mutters as she falls onto her knees in a large amount of pain. ~To live is to die, to die is to live.~

Here was a daemon, plain to know if you've felt enough of them over the years as he has, But he felt no anger, no scorn towards her at all.... His thoughts we're pulled away as the man called Cameron grabbed him and took him away to a room. as he was questioned, Taysir could tell that this was the leader of these... Demon forces.... "My name is Taysir Ravidal. And now demons like the one's you serve have destroyed two familes that i have know...." Taysir lamented his comrads on the jump ship. Natalya, the one who attempted to help you earlier, is a prisoner of the Imperial Alliance, just as you are. She is currently under the care of Soul Reaver. Soul Reaver wields a blade with a daemon trapped inside it. Blooddrinker. That daemon is also his prisoner. And Shemba, the daemon who you incapacitated during your escape attempt, is a renegade under the care of Kawanua- excuse me... Kaworu, who is one of our allies and an emmisary from another plane." Cameron pauses a moment before continuing. "You gave me your name, and now I will tell you mine. I am Lord Cameron Aileron, Chapter Master of the Grey Knights Chapter of the Imperial Space Marines. Our forces are in route to the Eye of Terror, the home of the Chaos legions. Our mission is to destroy them and seal the Eye for all eternity." Cameron returns to his original position, leaning against the door. "Somehow, I don't think we're really your enemy. i think your enemy is the same as ours." The ship i was on had large data stores that told of a few space marine chapters, as well as the eye of terror...." Taysir rose and stood before Cameron. "I also know that the Space Marine's have intuitive psionic abalities...." At that word, Taysir's eyes grew dark, his mind sent out a mental blast into the mind of Cameron, followed by a static search of his thoughts.... He wished to see if what this man said was true. The mental blast is deflected by a quickly erected mental shield, and as Taysir attempts to scan Cameron's thoughts, he finds his efforts blocked by not one, but two mental presences. One is Cameron's own mental presence. The other is a presence as yet unknown to Taysir, although he can tell that it is definitely human, and definitely female. Cameron smiles slightly as his eyes revert to their normal color and stop glowing. "Not all of us are gifted with psionics, But a number of us are. I was not born with this gift. It was given to me by another." Cameron has not moved this entire time. he continues to lean against the door. "So... what are your intentions now? Do you still believe that we are taking you to be fed to daemons?" But i have Psionic powers you cannot fathom..." At that moment a ball of blue light spalshed into existance. through it, images of Cameron's past exploits with his friends are shown. People. Places. Fights. All jumbled together in a sort of slideshow... "You have fought many things it would seem... Demons and mortals alike..." At that time, the image of a strange man adorned in battlearmor and a flowing cape flashed on the screen. in the image, the man was being swallowed by darkness... "...But perhaps i can trust you." The orb quickley vanished. Taysir stepped foward. "If your not servants of the demons, what are your intentions. And please, no lies..." -------- "Some people play tennis, I erode the human soul"

Those memories hadn't been obtained from his brain. He could feel the second presence inside his mind questioning him, but he ignores it for now. "I already told you our purpose. The Space Marines are planning a full-scale invasion of the Eye of Terror. But although they have the numbers to defeat the Chaos Marines, they can never hope to kill the Chaos Daemons and the Lords that worship them. I have assembled my companions so that they can complete that task." Cameron can once again feel the other presence in his mind, nagging at him. He also, for a split second, feels a third presence, but when he reaches out to it, it vanishes from his mind as if it was never there. Cameron disregards it for now. It was probably nothing. "There are those of my companions who feel I've told you too much. How do I know I can trust you?" As Sepher and Diego walk outside the resturant, the street in front of them seems to be empty. But the roar of multiple engines is growing louder from their right. Before they have a chance to react, 4 large treaded vehicles pull up and stop in front of the diner. The hatches on the back of them open, and 10 fully armored Space Marines emerge from each one. They are wearing black armor with a strange cross shape on the shoulder pads. The lead marines see Sepher and Diego and immedeately produce their bolt rifles, centering them at the two warrior's chests. One Marine, who's armor is adorned differently then the others, yells out, his voice sounding strangely distorted as it is being reproduced by the speakers on the marine's helmet. "You two! Against whatever logic he had, Taysir knew these men we're going to fight the demons... and maybe they could help him get back what was taken from him... "I cannot convinve you to trust me." He said, "For I really do not trust you. But I can tell you this, if your going to kill demons, I want to help..." Taysir turned, his back now facing Cameron. From what he has been able to gather, this Taysir was a daemon hunter. Soul Reaver gives a faint, humourless smile as he thinks of how well Stavarus might once have gotten on with this man. Since it is unlikely that Taysir would escape, Soul Reaver banishes Darkstar. The weapon blazes brightly as it transforms into energy, which then vanishes into the pocket dimension of Soul Reaver's Infinity Pouch, where it rematerializes and waits to be summoned again. Soul Reaver turns in time to see Natalya double over again. He is quickly at her side, but his face does not hold a comforting expression. "Will this happen often? I fear to think what will happen if you are overcome like this during the midst of a battle..."
