He is distracted by the futile attempts at conversation by another member. Diego nods at Kitharsis and a slight grin crosses his face when he mentions Soul Reaver. "Extraordinary!? Well this would explain alot about that battle back there..."Diego thinks to himself " Ah. Now that is interesting. What could posably cause a sword to be a burden?" "Ford" "Yes?" "...Whats this fish doing in my ear?"

Deciding against trying to tell the parts of Blooddrinker's story that he knew, he looks to Soul Reaver. "I do not think that I should be the one to speak about the sword. I will leave it up to Soul Reaver, for it is his story to tell, not mine."

"I think I'll leave it alone for the moment. If something can be so troublesome now is not the time it needs to be spoken of. So Kitharsis, what got you involved in all this? Were you brought in for "questioning" as well?" Diego smiles and prods Sepher with his elbow, " I figured my chance of going back to having a "normal" life flew out of the door when I met you huh Sepher," Diego grins and then looks quizzically into space, "And the other guy, the one by the bar what was his name? He seemed pretty messed up ... but where is he now?" Diego pulls his coat up around him and shifts his weight around on the chair again "Ford" "Yes?" "...Whats this fish doing in my ear?"

"My home planet, Legund (pronounced - Le-gund - with a hard g), was under attack by a race of beings called the Oghrun. Everyone old enough to fight picked up arms and defended our world. I was of age, and I proudly fought to protect my home. "But, to my dismay, I was captured during an ambush. My friends and companions from my village were with me, I believe that they all were killed except for a select few that were taken like me." He clenches his fist, knuckles popping, it is obvious that this still nags at him. Sighing, he continues, "I was taken to their home world, where they had a large gem, capable of making any magical power null when in its range. The shape-shifting capabilities of my old form were worthless while under the influence of that gem. "They used their prisoners for sport, forcing them to fight for their lives in their arena. I learned to fight, and was victorious, being able to fight another day. I was fueled by the want to destroy those foul beings, the want to return home..." "It was a few years until these unique individuals happened to be enslaved. I do not know how they were unfortunate to find themselves there, but it meant my freedom. They broke me out of my cell, and destroyed the giant gem. I have a feeling that the Oghrun's way of life was shattered, and I hope they never come into prosperity again. "Once free I decided to travel along with them, and I have called them my friends since that day. I have changed much since then. I can no longer shape shift, but I believe I am much more powerful than before. I just need to learn more..."

Diego leans back in the chair and smiles saying, " Well I think I am going to have to make a big start to my story with you. I am with you from here on in. If you don't mind that is?"

His vision is drawn to soul reaver, and he notices his hand slowly move towards his sword hilt. When his eyes lock to the sword, they go wide. The souls did not like that sword at all. He could only infer that it was demonic of sorts, because there is not much more competition, then that between demons. He is elbowed, and snaps to. Huh? Oh, yes (OOC) ~If I must die, I will encounter darkness as a bride, and hug it in mine arms"~

Posts: 3771 Jan 25 05 12:52 AM Angel of Redemption God-General More My Recent Posts	Cameron barely has time to register the dark presence coming at him before the dark shadowy figure flies directly over his head, Since Cameron had been looking backwards at the time, he quickly whips the gun around and opens fire on the figure as it lands on the front of the Rhino. The bullets seem to pass right through it, striking the top of Cameron's Rhino, as well as the Rhino in front of it. At this close range, the armor plating of the Rhinos is useless against the armor peircing heavy bolter rounds. Cebs and Kitharsis find their conversation interrupted as bullets punch through the roof of the APC, missing the companions, but ricocheting of the walls and sending sparks flying. The people in Cameron's Rhino experience close to the same thing as two rounds punch through the roof, just missing the driver, who curses loudly. "Fuck! Sir, watch where the hell you're shooting up there!!" Cameron quickly stops shooting as he realises that the gun has no effect. He pushes the gun away and climbs the rest of the way out of the turret, standing on the roof of the Rhino. Staring at the shadowy figure in front of him, he suddenly realises who he's looking at. Posts: 1675 Jan 25 05 12:44 PM The Immortal Brigadier General More My Recent Posts	Soul Reaver starts back as bullets punch through the roof of the Rhino. Lightning-fast, he instinctively raises one gauntlet in a defensive position in front of his face. Sparks fly as a ricocheting bullet shatters into pieces on contact with the enchanted Black Steel. It is obviously something is going on, and Soul Reaver will be damned if he'll be trapped like a sardine in a can while someone was shooting at them. Not hesitating, Soul Reaver rushes to the ladder leading to the roof hatch. He climbs up quickly, wrenching at hatch mechanism. Unfortunately, one of the bullets has damaged the lock and bent it out of shape. The hatch is stuck. Soul Reaver grits his teeth, clenches his fist, and slams a punch into the hatch. The metal buckles under the strain and the hatch flies open, and Soul Reaver emerges. It takes him a mere moment to assess the situation and see that Clutchfiend appears to be under attack by... Fei? Smoky black trails swirl from the figure in front of Clutchfiend. Partially it looks like Fei, and yet simultaneiously it does not look like him... and Clutchfiend himself looks like he is unsure of what to do. Soul Reaver, intending to help his friend, leaps out of the hatch and onto the Rhino roof. He sends a mental message to all nearby companions. Clutchfiend is in trouble. The thundering Rhino beneath his feet makes Soul Reaver's footing somewhat unsteady, and so Soul Reaver gets into a crouching position. He uses his left hand to claw into the metal of the Rhino as he advances. In his right hand, he manifests Darkstar. The spiked ball and chain glint dangerously and swing gently in the wind. His hair and cape whipping behind him as he stands at the fore of his Rhino, Soul Reaver yells out. "Fei! What is the meaning of this?!"

All this happens before he even registers as to what is going on and he figures they could be under attack again so he gets up to follow Soul. As he gets the mental message he bolts to the ladder and clambers up while shouting to Kitharsis and Sepher, "Come on guys lets rock 'n' roll!" "Ford" "Yes?" "...Whats this fish doing in my ear?"

His senses were dulled, but a split second before the bullets hit the rhino he realized they were coming. Considering that he was a rather large target, he figured that there wasn't really much room to dodge anything in the ship, so he decided to stay put. As one of the bullets is deflected by Soul Reaver's gauntlet, another bullet hits Kith on the shoulder. Its velocity had been decreased from hitting the hull and bouncing off the cabin walls so many times that it just leaves a dent in his dense skin and falls away harmlessly. Rubbing his shoulder, he says, "That kind of stung..." Once the bullets stop bouncing around his head, he leans back and looks up at Diego. "I am truly sorry, I am usually not one to leave a companion to be forfeit to danger, but I simply have no energy or strength to fight with at the moment. On top of all that, I do not posses the ability to fly, and it feels like a long way down from here..." Looking down at his skeletons suddenly, he begins to shake his head at them. "Fine, if you must. I just wish I had the regenerative abilities of you two..." The two knee high skeletons hop down from the bench and crawl up after everyone else onto the roof of the rhino. Their hands glow with preparing spells. Kitharsis stretches out in the cabin of the rhino, finally having enough room to do so. A rather large bump, although, banishes away any thoughts of sleep that could come to mind...

Sera straps her bow back onto her back dusting off the debris and small cuts she suffered. She remains behind a emotionless mask, not wanting people to see how she acted when she found out danyael disappeared. instead she remains tight lipped and her emotions in check. Shenba doesnt do anything, her hook swords turn bright red then sizzle away like molten larva before disappear like they never existed. She over hears the conversation about Blood Drinker, her reaction is a grunt as she leans back against the rhino absorbed in her own thoughts... Kaworu on the other hand much closer to the other people sits there spitting and gagging at the smell his clothes soaked in while in the dumpster for a short moment, every time he picks off some rubbish he finds some more. His right hand still grasping the chain sword while his left gringly (sp) picks off banana peels, take away food wrappings and some other vile things not needed to be mentioned. " Nice choice Soul, coulda picked the cold hard ground. Now I smell like a bum... great. Ew what the fuck is that?! Ah get it off! " Kaworu whines as he picks off several dirty dirty hygene things off his jacket the same time he stands up banging his head against a compartment above him when he hears gun shots being fired. "Son of a! Whats going on?! " Kaworu shrinks back as bullets fly through the roof. Dancing on his feet he continues to yell and scream confused on whats going on. Sera looks up protectin barrier spells coming to her mind instinctively. She murmurs a few unrecognisable words before the area around her becomes slightly blurred. Shenba remains silent through out all of it, though some bullets come dangerously close and some times even hitting her, she neither flinches nor registers the pain at all. Anywhere can be paradise, as long as you have the will to live. After all, you are alive. So you will always have the chance to be happy. As long as the sun, the moon, and the earth exists. Everything will be alright. Humans can only exist on this earth. But the Evangelion will be able to exist for ever, along with the human soul that dwells with in it. When the earth, the moon and the sun are all gone, Eva will exist so long as just one person remains. It will be lonely but as long as one person still lives, it will be eternal proof that mankind ever existed. Kawanua the Fallen Angel

As Soul Reaver edges foward, crouching, Diego turns his head towards the two skeletons and says, "I think we should stay back a bit huh? Looks like a bit of reasoning will come first. Besides I don't think I will be of much use here, if the battle gets too heated I'll take care of you guys." After saying this he is unsure if they can understand him or if they even need looking after but it seems to calm him considerably so figures it can't hurt. "Ford" "Yes?" "...Whats this fish doing in my ear?"

As the others Pile ontop of the Rhino, Fei Reels around and stands tall. No Expression is on the shadow's blank Face. As Soul Reaver Speaks, Fei Snaps back into a Material Body, taking on his regular Form. "What are you talking about? I was just Catching up..." He looks quite confused as he looks to see what the commotion is about. He chuckles slightly and walks towards the other, flipping over them and landing on the back of the Rhino, his hand catching the hatch Frame and he summersaults inside. I being Poor have only my dreams And I have spread my dreams under your feet. So Tread Lightly, Because you Tread on my Dreams.

"What is going on here? I thought you were firing because you were being attacked! And why did Fei say he had to 'catch up'?" The expression on Soul Reaver's face makes it clear he is not happy with the current situation.

Well I'm not all that sure but from what I can gather Clutch started shooting at a shadow, and after Soul Sent his message thingy a tall man apeared in place of the shadow. I belive I heard Soul Reaver call him ... Fei was it? Yes and then after changing into his body he hardly seemed concerned about what had just happened and jumped down into the other Rhino."
